The hotel is close enough to walk to the centre of Bilbao without a problem. It also has a tram stop right outside the front door and a metro about 150 metres down the adjacent road. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast too was all anyone could want with a choice of hot or cold food. There are many bars too close by. For me it is in a great location.

I enjoyed my stay @ Hotel Zenit, and the location was great. The main spots were maybe 30 minutes or less from each other. I had a mosquito bite me during my stay as I left the window open and ended up with a bad allergic reaction, but the staff were super helpful and installed a mosquito repellant etc! I would definitely recommend this place. It was cleaned every day, and the hotel had this pleasant smell as soon as you entered.

Clean, well laid out room, comfortable bed, safe at eye level, enough hangers, everything easily accessed, air conditioning could be controlled at various levels to suit personal preference. Lighting the best I’ve come across in an hotel room, especially the bathroom, with plenty of space for toiletries etc. Good, easy to use, shower, lots of space with handrail. Hotels never have enough towel rails, especially for hanging up a wet towel, but at least there were a couple of hooks for the bath towels, and a handrail for the hand towels. Excellent choice for breakfast - cooked or continental. I prefer the latter and was pleased with the selection. Amazing value. Good quality coffee in machine (tea also available) and a separate selection of various milks to please everyone! Lovely staff. Located near transport.

Good location lovely staff and clean hotel.

I had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Zenit Bilbao. The location is excellent, with nearby bus and tram links making it very easy to get around. Bilbao itself is very walkable, and there are plenty of great bars and restaurants within easy reach of the hotel. The hotel is very comfortable, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. They really make you feel at ease during your stay. The food was good overall, although I felt there could have been a wider selection of hot options at breakfast. All in all, it’s a good hotel and particularly suitable for solo travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and a great base to explore the city.

Zenit Hotel in Bilbao exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff is amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel is in an excellent location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. We look forward to staying at the Zenit Bilbao again.

We can not fault the hotel's cleanliness and facilities, nor the friendly and efficient staff. The bathrooms were enormous, with a large range of toiletries. There weren't too many good restaurants nearby, but a tram stop right outside the hotel would take you to the Guggenheim and the Casco Viejo.

The hotel was spotless,the bed was enormous not sure that all rooms had a bed that big. Breakfast was varied staff were helpful

I liked the location of the property. It was ideal and close to a metro station. The property was good with a great breakfast. The hotel was ideal for what I wanted.

Great location! Parking is convenient. Public transportation to Guggenheim and old historic center, a few steps away.

Zenit Bilbao is a good hotel. Although it is not new, is well maintained. The rooms were clean and confortable. Bed is small for a couple but this is very usual in Europe. Staff was very friendly and satisfied all our needs. There is parking available right at the property for a fee (€24 may be a little high but is convenient). The Tram stop right in front of the building is a plus.
