Excellent hotel, good location and reasonably priced

Pleasant stay overall /room was tiny for 3 persons / comfortable for 2 Staff were very friendly and nice Room was very clean and bright

Zenit Hotel in Bilbao exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff is amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel is in an excellent location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. We look forward to staying at the Zenit Bilbao again.

Helpful staff and perfect location.

We can not fault the hotel's cleanliness and facilities, nor the friendly and efficient staff. The bathrooms were enormous, with a large range of toiletries. There weren't too many good restaurants nearby, but a tram stop right outside the hotel would take you to the Guggenheim and the Casco Viejo.

The hotel was spotless,the bed was enormous not sure that all rooms had a bed that big. Breakfast was varied staff were helpful

Great hotel and location! Tranvía and metro stations very close. Nice and safe area! Lots of bares and restaurantes around it!

I liked the location of the property. It was ideal and close to a metro station. The property was good with a great breakfast. The hotel was ideal for what I wanted.

Great location! Parking is convenient. Public transportation to Guggenheim and old historic center, a few steps away.

Zenit Bilbao is a good hotel. Although it is not new, is well maintained. The rooms were clean and confortable. Bed is small for a couple but this is very usual in Europe. Staff was very friendly and satisfied all our needs. There is parking available right at the property for a fee (€24 may be a little high but is convenient). The Tram stop right in front of the building is a plus.

Only stayed overnight.near bus station so very handy. Had meal in restaurant it was okay

The staff were very welcoming friendly and knowledgeable. Close to all tourist attractions - within a short walk.

BED TO SMALL

Fantastic welcome just after midnight, parking no problem, very helpful staff, most obliging about every request, excellent room, ultra clean, modern, comfortable, quiet, good lifts, acceptable breakfast & attentive efficient restaurant staff. Great location, so convenient. Could not ask for anything better, excellent stay for two nights in Bilbao.

This room is not suitable for a four stars hotel. The three beds were so close that lit was impossible to go around them. The third bed with wheels sticking out and a metal plaque injured one of us. The fridge had major scratches and walls and bathroom showed too much wear.(cracks in the granite and moldy grout) In short we am not coming back. Although the staff was very kind welcoming and accommodating.

Staff very helpful and friendly, rooms scrupulously clean. Loved the fact that the tram terminus is right outside. Only used the dining room once; excellent standard, but unfortunate lack of vegetarian options. Lounge bar disappointed as it is basically the lobby.
