The rooms were well equipped. Staff spoke clear English, very easy to communicate. Parking on site s challenging as it requires navigating a very narrow ramp. Had room service, the food delivery was on time, and OK, I would order it again if I needed.

Great wonderful place to stay near the airport. Unlike many airport hotels, it's in a nice neighborhood with a good supermercado and numerous bars and restaurants within a few blocks. Comfortable rooms. Superb breakfast from an enormous buffet. If your Spanish is rusty, no worries, the staff speaks good English. There is no airport shuttle, but it's easy to get a ride to the airport, or you can walk a few blocks to the subway.

Barajas neighborhood is a perfect location to stay for a night of one need to catch an early morning flight out of Madrid Barajas airport. There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from for dinner. Hotel front desk is very helpful to get a taxi at 5am to airport.

Beautiful hotel, very closed to the airport.

A clean and comfortable hotel close to the airport. If you need to catch an early flight, then this is a good hotel to stay at because it takes more time and efforts to reach your boarding gate if you are not an EU resident. Reliable internet connection, and some additional amenities can be provided on request. Grocery stores nearby. 10 minute walk to the metro station.

Staff was very helpful.

Requested with advanced two week reservation accommodation preference and upon arrival desk personnel had not reviewed our preferred accommodation and had to change rooms. During the room change we left a maroon colored medium sized women’s all weather maroon quilted vest.

We loved the breakfast. We had all the espresso drinks we wanted. There were local breakfast options as well as US ones including bacon and eggs which I missed! The hotel was close to the metro we were able to catch the Metro train to Madrid. Also was walking distance to several restaurants and parks. Even walking distance to a McDonalds, as well as a Burger King. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I would have preferred more Air conditioning but I guess it became unseasonably hot earlier than usual this season.

Pretty nice hotel. Clean modern rooms. Place is well sealed off but someone some outside sounds of other guest can be heard if loud. It is not very significant though but it seems total soundproofing is a downfall across most European hotels. So don't sweat about it. Pretty decent I would say. I would recommend a stay here.

Nice for overnight transiting.

Rated 4 stars by spanish agency ciudad but wasn't 4 stars by American standards imo. Dated look in rooms. No pen or paper. No coffee pot. Clean but basic. Girl at desk was nice but had trouble speaking and understanding English which in an airport hotel seems like a necessary skill. Fine for an overnight stay. Nothing negative to report.

It seems more a three stars hotel. Basic and small rooms, not included very average breakfast, close to the airport but you end up paying the same EU $ 22 taxi’s fare. Overall expensive for what you get.
