The staff and daily breakfasts were exceptional! Great location, not in the heart of the noise, but still close enough to everything. If you can, upgrade rooms. Ours was quaint and quiet with a private patio, but also very dark and not very charming.

Driving a large sedan car is complicated in Taormina! The staff was very helpful in meeting us before we arrived at the actual hotel unloading the car and then parking it for us! I highly recommend using their parking facilities! It is well with the price!

Staff was super helpful. Hotel is an easy walk to everything in Taormina. Even though it rained all 3 days we were in Taormina, the staff helped us make the best of it.

The room we wound up with was lovely. Clean, and nicely decorated. The hotel itself was amazing- beautiful old house right in the most historic area, filled with antiques. Staff and breakfast were exceptional.

Excellent staff who were super friendly and attentive; the room was excellent and very large, the complimentary breakfast was great including a great view of the ocean and the interior garden was a nice touch.

Rooms were spotless and staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The location is fabulous and the breakfast terrace with an incredible view of Mt. Etna was a nice treat.

The hotel is in a beautiful old Sicilian mansion, very elegant and full of old world charm. The staff was excellent, the breakfast delicious and the experience was outstanding.

I don’t normally write reviews but this hotel is worthy of an exception. It really is a special hotel just a few steps away from the buzz of Corso Umberto I and the heart of Taormina. The property itself is beautiful and has been sensitively converted from a grand private residence into a lovely small hotel but honestly it’s the staff who make the place so special. We were welcomed like family (and handed a glass of Prosecco at check-in) and then treated like honoured guests by everyone we interacted with but especially so by Nino, xx and yy. Our room was on the top floor of the main building, honestly it was fairly small but with a good sized bathroom and had a small balcony with a view of both the sea and Mount Etna looming over the rooftops of Taormina. Everything about the room was well thought out to maximise the space and we had a very comfortable 3 night stay. We were travelling around Sicily and did have a hire car and so had to drive to the hotel, but we followed the instructions we had received by WhatsApp before we arrived and it all went very smoothly. We didn’t need the car again until after we’d checked out. We loved the local products used for breakfast, much of which comes from either local suppliers - like the bread, hams, cheeses, jams and honey - or is made in their kitchen. They will also whip you up eggs of your choosing on request.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location, but what makes the experience really special is the amazing staff. Everyone has been incredibly accommodating, helpful and friendly, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the stay.

Loved everything. Location was the best. Just off the Main Street so it was quiet but steps from everything.

From the moment we arrived we wete welcomed like family, offered breakfast as they organised our room for early check in. The hotel was loveky, with beautiful gardens and pool. The views in the garden and bar were fabulous. My only issue, which was a very small one, was hot water in shower wasn't as hot as i like it. But considering it was summer with 35•c outside, it was fine. Breakfast was wonferful everyday, with little cooked surprises, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fresh cheese cold meats, breads, pancakes and pastries. They also make eggs however you like. We would definitely stay here again
