Staff was nice, location and neighborhood was decent but that is about all I can mention as good. Room was kind of small, beds were really questionable, no carpet and walls were thin and door sound proofing non existent, so you could hear neighbors when you try to sleep. On our last night a crazy couple came to room next to us and started fighting and shouting for almost two whole hours to the point that I had to call receptionist who pretended not to know english and I doubt he did anything to make the idiots next door calm down.

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful with directions to places especially using the metro system.

Good to stay for a few days

The location is pretty close to Chamartin train station (20 min walking distance). The hotel is clean and staff are friendly.

Well located hotel in Causeway Bay, rooms whilst slightly on the small side are well designed and equipped. Staff are extremely polite and attentive. Only minor down side is the lack of information that we were provided with as regards the facilities that were available in the hotel.

The room was clean. The water was warm. Staff was courteous when we wanted to eat during the evening (supplied plates).

The most dirtiest, ugliest and unsafe place I ever been. I left the property the next day loosing my money and booked in another safe and clean hotel. They never asked me what was wrong. The only word from reception “Bye” Please double check reviews before use this type of hotels.

Not very good

Staff were very friendly even though I did not speak Spanish well. It is about a 30 minute Metro ride to the center of Madrid, but away from the tourist crowds and close to the Chamartín station where I needed to catch my onward train to Vigo. On the last day I decided to try their breakfast buffet, which had freshly made coffee, nice pastries, fruit, and juice. I was on the first floor, which was above the ground level on the street-side, but the neighborhood is fairly quiet. All in all it was a good stay and I would recommend it for travelers who have similar needs.
