The elevator was out of service on the day we departed, and we’d have had to navigate 2 flights of stairs with luggage, however, the maintenance person intervened and carried 2 large bags to reception for us! Personable and knowledgeable front desk staff! Excellent breakfast!

Property is in a great location within Baden-Baden. Steps away from food, drinks, and shopping. Hotel is very well maintained and rooms are updated, spacious and clean. Staff was kind, helpful, and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel in a very convenient location, in old town, easily walkable. Lovely room, helpful staff and enjoyable breakfast. A special thanks to Ani on Reception who was very pleasant and immensely helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, very friendly staff, good breakfast, great location.

It was very poor, arrived to check in and my room had no electricity, and the staff didn’t appear to care. The following morning, there was no hot water, and again the staff didn’t care, instead of offering an apology, just said how hard it was for them. My room was also not very clean, and the bed was quite uncomfortable. All of the staff had quite a surly attitude and didn’t appear to care. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast, which was good, but nothing exceptional. Overall, very disappointing, especially when you factor in how expensive it is! I recommend avoiding!

We only stayed one night, they were very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were comfortable with noticeable upgrades for an older building. Breakfast was very good with lots of options but most of all the location to shopping can’t be beat for the price. We will return to this hotel.

Staff was so nice and helpful! What a nice surprise, Room was amazing. It was like we had a small apartment! Breakfast was very good. Better than most of the hotels we have stayed. The staff went out of their way to accommodate.

Car parking area could get loud with people talking but overall not bad. Very nice hotel

Good breakkfast in the rate. The manager changed my room to give me a bathtub which I greatly appreciated. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past five years.

Really convenient hotel, with a parking garage. We stayed for a couple of days. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms had portable air conditioning since there’s no central air. It worked fine. Beds were comfortable. Everything in area was walkable. Would stay here again if we were in the area.
