Amazing location. It was within walking distance of all the must-see spots. The room was comfortable, and the parking service was great. The staff were overall very warm and helpful, with the exception of the man attending the breakfast service, who could have been more kind.

We went to Segovia to see our son, an IE student at Segovia and the location was convenient as it is close to his apartment

Nice hotel. It was in a perfect location - very close to shops and restaurants. Very nice staff.

I was given a small dark room but luckily the changed it for me. I had also booked this hotel because of the spa but that was closed so that was disappointing. This should have been updated in Expedia.

Great hotel in the heart of Segovia. Close to the Cathedral and castle. Great customer service. Valet parking only 17 euro a day.

Superb location to enjoy a beautiful city. Just near the main plaza and cathedral. Lots of bars serving good food.

My second year staying at La Casa Mudejar. Great Experience, with Great Customer Service. The front desk is super helpful & attentive. The rooms were clean, fresh, & comfortable. The front room with the balcony overlooking the street is great for people watching. The WiFi can be a little slow but that is my only complaint. 5/5 experience.

The hotel was lovely and in an amazing location. However, the spa is not included. I felt the photos of the place and the description were misleading.

Excellent hôtel and outstanding service with a near ideal placement two steps away from the Plaza Mayor. Only drawback is the lack of parking but they offer a Valet service for 17 Euros per day. Other than that a very solid choice and highly recommended hotel.

Great location

Rooms were clean and personnel was helpful. However we were trying to contact property in advance (via Phone & text) to ask further info about the spa services. Nobody replied and we found out when arrived, that the Massage services were fully booked. Given that we booked Spa property for it´s services - while the price was quite high- this experience was a pretty disappointing.
