Disappointed. The room was tiny, too small to share. There were poor amenities in the room. There was a space for a refrigerator, however the hotel removed this for some silly reason. There was black mould developing in the bathroom, and the towels were horrible. We asked for a late check out, which they were able to accommodate but insisted we pay additional. I also had a room credit for food and beverage, however they refused to honour this and made me pay for a meal at checkout. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

No USB points in rooms

I loved this little place. Simple. Inexpensive. Small room that served its purpose. I’m tempted to not give it a rave review only because I want there to be an available room for me to come back! Staff were kid and helpful. Kitchen and cleaning staff too.

I loved my stay at Hotel PiaPia! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the property and room were both incredibly clean. The A/C was a lifesaver during a heatwave, and the location is amazing - steps away from the 1 and a less than 10-minute walk to the Nation metro stop. I even felt safe coming and going from the hotel at night. This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in abroad, and I will be back!

A really perfect place for a solo traveller. The room was small, but really well designed and clean. There are several metro and bus stations nearby that easily get you to city centre, and there are a bunch of nice restaurants, bars, and cafes in walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay, front desk personnel was really nice and helpful, room was cozy and clean with a cute little bathroom.

The room was spotless. Well designed and modern. Free coffee day and night too. Staff were excellent and really friendly. Would definitely recommend! Will be back.

Clean room and comfortable quiet setting in Paris.

Really happy we chose this hotel- hard to pick out any single thing as all was good. The beds were SOOOOO COMFY! Lovely crisp white sheets, high quality duvets and pillows, really great mattress, and also for my teenage daughter on a single. Lovely clean bathroom. Friendly staff ( though seemed a bit bored as not much for them to do) and several could not answer our queries as were new I assume? Lovely free coffee and tea of good quality. On a main metro line, short safe walk away. Lovely locals’ bistro a few doors away ( better than any in central Paris) and a good burger takeaway. Nice neighbourhood with supermarket. Only downside- but not affect our trip- small thin towels in the bathroom, ‘open plan’ bathroom ( round a corner so had to communicate well with each other to avoid embarrassment!), and no local information offered/ given. Also shame breakfast expensive at 18 euros pp- we just grabbed things on the go to save money- would have been nice to have a ‘coffee/ juice/ croissant option’ at the hotel. Would definitely return!!

Small but functional room. Convenient location and friendly staff.

Excellent value for money - this place has great, friendly and helpful staff and was perfect for a stay with me and my two children. The area felt really safe with everything you need nearby including some great, local places to eat and drink. It is moments away from the metro line which we used all the time to get us all around Paris and also felt very safe and a 30 minute taxi ride from CDG airport. The hotel itself is lovely - rooms are decorated nicely, impeccably clean and our triple room was exactly what we needed with plenty of wardrobe space for a few nights, a coffee machine and fridge. We spent time drinking the free hot chocolate in the courtyard and staff were also happy for us to eat our lunch from the local boulangerie there - it really felt like a home from home. Yes, you are not within walking distance of central Paris but we loved travelling by metro and were only ever a 15-20 minute ride from wherever we wanted to go. My 7 and 12 year olds loved it there and slept like babies!

Beautiful and clean property convenient location near public transportation. Very friendly staff who ensured that everything was good every day.

Lovely hotel in tucked away from the business of Parisian life, but with very easy access to the local area and transport links around the city. Staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel and facilities charming, and the room itself comfortable, albeit small (like a lot of hotels in Paris). Would recommend, especially if you prefer to stay in a residential rather than touristy area.

It’s a quiet location, with minimal traffic noise.

Excellent stay. Great facilities, only recommendation would be to have a full length mirror in rooms.
