Superb little hotel. Very clean, quiet and well situated for the tram connection. Breakfast was excellent and Règine looked after us brilliantly. Would thoroughly recommend.

What a fortuitous find! The Hotel Villa les Cygnes is a small hotel, very well situated - the Musée des Beaux Arts is just down the road and the Promenade is a short walk away - and is kept impeccably clean. A very friendly welcome was continued by attentive care, informed answers to questions and helpful advice. I’ll definite Stay here again!

A hidden gem!! Close enough to the beaches (a 5 minute walk), but tucked away on a quiet winding street. The architecture around the hotel is gorgeous. My room was huge and had a balcony which allowed me to take in the views of Nice in the morning and evening. Highly highly recommend staying here. It feels like you’re in your own private Villa and the price is extremely reasonable especially considering the quality of the hotel. I plan to come back!

Cleaning was very good but with schedule even if we were in holiday and we wanted to sleep. No bar, no restaurant, no parking (just on the street). Nearby the beech. Overall it is good for the money value

Nicholas was a great host. The property is 5-7 minute walk to the Promenade de Anglais and other attractions. The hotel is clean, quiet and parking was convenient. Safe area to walk from the center.

A small hotel with a lot of character. Lovingly kept, quiet and charming.

Nicolas was very helpful in checking us in, and was so friendly when he welcomed us. We loved the room and, the bathroom. They were very clean, nicely decorated, and had plenty of space. The location was great, and within walking distance of the city center in Nice. Our favorite part was eating the breakfast Nicolas prepared for us in the garden, and visiting with his "assistant," an adorable chubby cat.

We had an enjoyable 3 night stay at Villa les Cynes in Nice. The staff were very friendly, offering help and recommendations. Hotel was spotlessly clean! Was a little further from the centre of town, perhaps a 30 min walk, but was very easy by bike, which are very cheap and easy to hire in Nice, so not a problem for us!

Located in a very quaint area of old Nice. The host, Nicholas was incredible.

We spent a pleasant and relaxing nine days at Les Cygnes during Carnival. The location is a half hour walk to old town and the transport links are close by.

The room was beautiful and very clean. The veranda room was nice to sit and relax. It was quiet. Easy to get to the bus stop and close to the beach. Nicholas was kind and welcoming. Breakfast in the garden was good.

It was a nice hotel. Good French breakfast was available. Also soft and alcoholic drinks were available at a decent price. It was pleasant sitting in the garden having breakfast. It was close to the promenade also. On the downside it is a long walk to the old town. There were no English tv channels available.

Beautiful small hotel in a lovely converted home. Our second floor room had huge windows and French doors to a small balcony. In a beautiful quiet neighborhood walking distance to the Nice waterfront promenade. Great breakfast served outside in the garden. Beautiful bathroom, very comfortable bed. Loved it!

Great stay in spotlessly clean and comfortable room. Very quiet location but easy walk into nice centre and the old Town and very handy for The Promenade des Anglais and its buses. Nikolas was a super host and was welcoming and informative. This is a small, characterful hotel which we would recommend and would return to if in Nice again.

Very small hotel in a quiet neighborhood just a couple of street from the Promenade with easy access to public transportation. Since it does not have 24 hours service, I would not recommend it for needy guests. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is available with extra charge and it was the best we had in our week long trip.
