The room was spacious and the hotel is in a great location right in the middle of town. The balcony looked out over the town and landscape. It could not have been prettier. Also the staff was very friendly.

Room was clean and comfortable with modern en suite facilities. We had an amazing view of the valley from our room.

Superb room with access to terrace and stunning views of the Tuscany countryside. Location could not be better right in the centre of the town.

Wonderful place to stay. Spotless, unbeatable location, surprisingly quiet (given that it is directly on Piazza della Cisterna), helpful and cheerful staff. We chose a room with a valley view. Truly outstanding!! Some minor technical quibbles (shower drain loose, lighting difficult to figure out), but we would go back there in a heartbeat.

Right on the piazza and a room with valley view and room was sound proof and quiet. Updated room looks new. Breakfast available for fee. Hotel staff are nice. Parking wasn’t too far. Parked in P2. The trick is get in a line at the entry gates and wait for an opening , green light, then press button to get ticket. You pay on way out next day at the machine which takes tap before you get into your car, then you insert the ticket at the gate when you leave.

Hotel was in a great area. Friendly staff. Our room was on the bottom floor and was very musty smelling. We didn’t ask to change rooms because we were just exhausted and assumed maybe they were all the same.

This was the best hotel. The nicest people, great rooms with great views, and a wonderful breakfast.

Stayed here 20 years ago and loved it back then. It was still a true gem of a stay! My husband absolutely loved it as well.

We loved our corner room and the patio overlooking the medieval village and Tuscan countryside, a million dollar view! The breakfast was nice, however, getting our car up to the hotel was challenging. Also, there was unpleasant smell coming from toliet, we notified staff, but it continued through our stay. Overall, we would stay there again!
