Pas de rideau imperméable pour la douche, fuite d'eau à la robinetterie,porte de salle de bain ouvre vers l'extérieur risque de se frapper sur la porte durant la nuit, possibilité d'inversé l'ouverture vers l'intérieur de la salle de bain,la plupart des inconvénients sont d'ordre de réparation où d'ordre pratique

Room was at the back , so unloading and loading was easy . The layout is up and down. Continental breakfast was simple , due to only being 3 couples. No ice machine. Room was ok but heat hard to regulate. If you need front desk , I went down twice and no one there. Phone the number posted at the desk if need anything.

The property is outdated. Bathroom floor and sink were cracked. Ice available but in a chest freezer that did not look clean on the surface. Table in room unstable, therefore unusable.

Excellent accueil. Chambre très tranquille, lit confortable. Je vais y retourner!

Reception staff was very helpful and friendly

This hotel should definitely be renovated. Furniture are pretty old, including bed and mattress. Breakfast is pretty industrial. Heavy food smell in the corridor leading to rooms as owners are living there and cooking. Not worth the price we paid for 2 nights.

Très bien situé près du Mont Ste Anne. L' établissement à besoin de rénovations qui devraient se faire cette année selon le personnel. Le petit déjeuner fourni était bien. Le personnel très gentil.

Chambres propres Certains membres du personnel ne parle pas francais... par contre, celle qui s'occupe des dejeunes, une perle!! Tres belle expérience grace à elle et elle nous a proposer des activités a faire dans le coin!

Hotel was Nice and very near to Montmoranvy fall. Thanks to Hemil who made our stay very smooth. Breakfast at Hotel was also very nice.

La chambre était très correcte, le déjeuner manquait de choix, mais c'était correct. Par contre le personnel ne parlait qu'en anglais et ne comprenais pas le français, c'est quand même un comble au Québec, et de plus sur le site de l'hôtel il est précisé que le personnel est multilingue...
