We enjoyed our stay at room mate leo! We will definitely stay with the room mate group again for any future trip.

We felt so lucky to find this gem in the heart of Grenada! Staff were so kind and helpful, the room was clean with good temperature control, and the pool has the best view in the entire city. 10/10 would stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay here - great location, friendly staff who spoke English (a bonus!), yummy sweets in reception (another bonus!), view over Main Street and best of all - small pool on roof to cool off as it got into the 40s when I was there ... chilling with view over the city, cathedral and Alhambra. Good a/c too but a blind in the bathroom would have been good to keep sun out ... there was opaque film over for privacy but heat could still come in. Hot water did take a while to come through so felt like I was wasting water despite the many reminders on the product labels to save water - not sure if something could be done to improve this? I didn't have breakfast so can't comment but suspect it would have been fab too! Room kept clean and tidy for a comfortable stay - many thanks!

The room was clean and comfortable! The bathroom was very clean too! All you can eat breakfast with extended time was a bonus! The location of the hotel is convenient for major shopping and attractions.

Hotel was in a great location, was spotless and really had helpful staff. Amazingly for central Granada it was so quiet at night. Loved our stay here.

The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is also in an excellent location and the concierges were very helpful any time we needed anything. One down side was that the spa was closed for renovations, and the menu of services was more like a massage parlor and beauty salon than a typical spa. They didn't have the typical menu of facials, etc. However I did book a massage and it was great. The masseuse brought a table into the room since the spa was closed. Have cash available if you want that service.

The hotel room was modern with a large nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet was extensive and breakfast staff friendly. However our room was not at all what was pictured on the website. It was dark with the walls painted a muddy gray and there was only a small window facing a stairwell wall. However the biggest negative of the hotel was that the air conditioning system was turned off, so our room temperature ranged from 25-38 degrees with no means to cool it other than opening the window to the noisy stairwell

Lovely hotel in the centre of town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect location to discover all areas of Granada. The hotel is in a pedestrian only street area but this was only a minute away from the main street so easily accessible.

Great location in city center, lots restaurants and shops around. Room is clean. But there are quite some noises from the street, friday evening noises continued to 3am. Also there's some sewer smell from bath room.
