We stayed one night, we were given a 2 bedroom apartment which is right across the street from the actual hotel building. Apartment was big and clean, all amenities were in place. Staff was nice, they ordered a cab for us next morning which we paid for. I’d opt for this hotel again for quick in and out kind of stay. Apartment did not have AC however they had a cooler in the living room and bedrooms had fans.

This was a well-located, fair-priced, tourist hotel. The breakfast was good, and the women who managed the display was on top of things. The room was a bit small, but the bathroom was up to date and the a/c worked well. The proximity to the tram made it easy to port our luggage on our inner city trip. We did not need to hire any cars while here, which reduced the overall cost of our trip.

Very well located - good value for money in a city with expensive accommodation. Breakfast good and very clean. Stairs may be an issue for some but there was a small lift available. Our room was a little small but it was the cheapest type available and no problem travelling light.

Great staff and nice breakfast

We checked in (2 rooms for 3 nights) , looked at our rooms and cancelled. Had to find another hotel. It was dirty, rugs filthy in halls, stairs unsafe, railing very loose and wobbly. General disrepair throughout . Was not able to get any of our 6 nights refunded. Large metal keys that you left at front desk when you went out. Not secure. Extremely disappointed with Le Kleber and Expedia.

Hotel was nice and very conveniently located. Rooms were spacious enough for where it is located. As other comments have mentioned, it is louder as it’s right at the place Kleber but if you like that then this is a great spot to stay! Breakfast was high quality and good. Overall, great stay at a great price.

My room was up in the attic overlooking the square , it was a good size and clean but the noise from the trams and the bed vibrating when they passed, made it less comfortable. Breakfast was ok - nothing outstanding. They also charge to leave luggage on the final day - first time that’s ever happened to me!

The staff, building, room were all excellent. While the location is very convenient it is also at a metro station and very noisy.

This is a good hotel if you’re on a budget and the staff were helpful and friendly. My room however, whilst being in the correct class I booked did not look anything like the pictures on Expedia. The hotel is in Kléber Square which is great as a central location although it gets noisy throughout the night (drunks and the homeless). The windows need sound-proof sealing. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. Overall this hotel has the basics although don’t expect luxury.

Hidden gem right in the middle of Strasbourg! Recieved free upgrade which was great. Loved the room, very nice staff.

Le Kleber is located in the old city part of Strasbourg. It is in walking distance to the cathedral and the beautiful half timbered buildings of old Strasbourg.

Nice room close to Xmas markets. A little loud on weekends

Staff were great especially the breakfast staff. Perfect location for the Strasbourg Christmas market!

Steps from the Christmas Market

The pictures online and the room itself not quite the same. The location is ideal to access all the Xmas markets but can get loud at night noise wise from the tram below. The room is outdated in my opinion and felt grungy. Not worth the $$.

The location was fantastic! It was a 15 minute walk from the train station and the cathedral. The Christmas market was literally at the front door. Our only issue was that the blow dryer did not work, and nothing was done when we asked about it.

Nice sized room with ample space to walk around. Separate toilet with door, with shower/sink in separate room with door. Excellent location on Place Kleber and tram stop immediately outside the hotel. Did not eat breakfast here. Only dislike was that bag storage upon arrival was fine, but they charged $5/bag post checkout.

The room was clean, cozy. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is outstanding, next to Christmas market and Tram stop.
