Place is in a perfect location right in the city center.

Lovely old building with modern rooms. Great location close to historical sites, dining options and 10 minutes from train station. Breakfast was included great way to start your day.

The check in personnel was very cheerful and accommodating. Efficient, helpful with our luggage’s and other needs. She was jack of all trade type person.

Dora and Bagar are outstanding! The best staff we have ever encountered and we have travelled the world. They are very accommodating and attentive. This 7 room inn is in the heart of the old city with many shopping and dining options within 150 meters The flexible dining time breakfast was fresh and plenty. They have their own restaurant and bar onsite if you choose to eat there. The shrimp and ribs we thoroughly enjoyed. We only spent 2 nights in this magical property but it felt like home before we left. We had a deluxe room with plenty of space.

This hotel is gorgeous! It's in a central location, across from a mercato and steps to the Piazza del Popolo. There is a wonderful on-site restaurant and cafe. The breakfast offerings were also good. We had a wonderful large room with a totally modern bathroom and gorgeous original 16th centry ceiling and frescos as well as a beautiful venetial glass chandelier. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Very friendly staff.

The hotel and restaurant would be outstanding even if it wasn’t a UNESCO Heritage site. The facilities, staff and restaurant were superb. The location was central in Ravenna which was ideal for touring and seeing the highlights of the city. Everything was within walking distance.

Unique converted palazzo.

The location is great - walking distance from train station and close to restaurants and sightseeing. The hotel is charming and rooms have character. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was included- bit of odd system- day of arrival we were asked to give time and fill out form on what we wanted which seemed to apply to both days. Then in morning when you arrived there was a table with your room number and desk clerks served you coffee and cooked the eggs. Apparently there is shortage of staff who want to work in hospitality.

This hotel is in a historic property so the room layout can be a bit different. We ended up in a room between floors of the elevator. Not a big issue but you do need to get any luggage up one set of stairs- which the receptionist assisted us with. The room (107) is very large with a huge bed and a lovely bathroom. The location of this hotel is excellent- wonderful restaurants in the area.

Five stars for this lovely, beautifully maintained and appointed hotel. The staff was outstanding and the women who run this hotel make you feel like family from the start. Ravenna is a beautiful town with warm and welcoming people and lots to see. And, hands down, the restaurant here served the best dinner in town; in fact, it was one of the best we had during our three weeks in Italy. Book here - you will not be disappointed!

Very convenient to sites. The historic structure and rooms were wonderful. The owner was charming...we'd recommend it to anyone.

An excellent hotel in Ravenna with a great restaurant and very helpful staff. A perfect location for seeing the ancient sites.

Great location, walkable distance to/from the train station and all major attractions. Breakfast options are somewhat limited and we had to submit our food choices during check-in. The food quality was great though. On the negative side - we arrived at about 7 pm and had to wait for a person to check us in for 25 minutes. Everyone was very nice though. Second, soundproofing is poor, we could hear our neighbors pretty well. Also, on Friday and Saturday nights, we could hear people partying outside until very late in the night. Well, this is a downside of being in a central location. Overall, we don’t regret choosing this hotel. Just bring earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper.

Great area with charming city center.

This is a great hotel with 2 caveats. 1) Very loud music could be played in the bar/restaurant until 1030pm. 2) During off-season, one could be the only party in the entire dimly lit building without 24x7 front desk staff.

A superb room in a renaissance palazzo, in the very centre of town, in easy walking distance of the many UNESCO sites. Helpful and friendly staff, at reception, the bar and the restaurant.

Wonderful hotel with an ideal location

Lovely old and stylish palazzo hotel right in the centre of Ravenna - only 7 bedrooms. Go for the wonderful suites ! Very good restaurant too. Ideal for visiting the famous mosaics in various basicilas and churches.

Beautiful property. Excellent, comfortable, large and very clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Excellent location.
