This hotel is centrally located in the center of the city near San Vitale. The staff was awesome along with the staff in the restaurant/bar. Food at restaurant was excellent. We needed to extend our stay a day and staff was helpful in assisting. Easy walk from the train station. Highly recommend and will certainly return in the future. Gracie Mille!

Lovely hotel, great location and friendly staff. Only stressful thing is lack of transportation in Ravenna, which we were not prepared for. After boarding our cruise we learned Ravenna only has about 29 taxis. Plan accordingly! Hotel experience it's self was good, no complaints. Breakfast was nice, you chose the night before and in the morning they have your table ready. The staff made fresh eggs and made the coffee. We would stay again.

Good location in Ravenna with plenty of restaurants and gelaterias nearby. Near cathedral of St Nicholas with it's amazing mosaics. Good breakfast included. Air conditioning in room was ineffective, although in their defense it was during the guest weather there in many, many years.

Excellent service upon arrival nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location the hotel was surrounded by everything you needed (except tourists). Eateries supermarket visitor sites all only short walks away. Breakfast was great. It’s a 15th century historic building. Our room had a 6m ceiling so full of ambiance but the AC struggled with the heat wave outside. Just a wonderful experience.

Everything about our experience was wonderful. The only feedback I would give is that either the fan or AC work a little better. Monica was amazing.

Staff was outstanding and welcoming and the room was ultra quiet and comfortable. Shower was very slippery and bath amenities were minimal, but otherwise a wonderful stay!

We loved the comfortable room and the history of the building. It was in the perfect location with plenty of dining, shops, and landmarks within easy walking distance. The staff was the friendliest we experienced in Europe. Highly recommend.

The staff was wonderful! I have Parkinson’s disease and they bent over backwards to ensure i got to the room safely. and even carrier bags for me! i would definitely stay here again!!!!’

We had the most amazing vacation staying here. The hotel is beautiful with amazing history. The restaurant was so great that we had dinner there every night. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

The staff is so kind. Room was a good size. Only complaint, which we did not bring to the staffs attention-due to our very short stay-was the a/c unit in my son’s room did not work very well. Other than that a perfect stay.

Excellent customer service from all staff. Staff were helpful with nearby attractions and ensuring breakfast ready each morning. Dinner at the restaurant was fabulous. Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff even made sure we had appropriate transportation to cruise pier.

We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Italy. We were going on a cruise out of Ravenna and it was in a perfect location. 30 minute drive to the port. Restaurant was right there, food was great!

What a beautiful hotel! Such history, built in 1468! Frescos to admire! Our room was a beautiful suite with living room, spacious bedroom and 2 bath areas. The morning breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was fantastic. It’s a perfect location to walk to all the sites. Dora is so welcoming and gracious as the hotel manager making sure we had everything we needed. We spent 2 nights there but I wish it was longer!

Perfectly located near the heart of the city, everything is within walking distance. Clean room, lovely staff, great breakfast. We only had one night there before our cruise and it was a great place to stay. My only negative was the AC was not very cold at all.

Ok this place was incredible! 14th century frescos, beautiful rooms, Venetian glass chandeliers… it was like going back in time yet with all the amenities like big gorgeous bathroom and AC which was needed. Our room was HUGE with a king bed and nice sitting area. The staff were all SO great, helpful and incredibly welcoming. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Very close to everything you want to see. Very very clean. I think they need to replace the bed pillows as they were flat and uncomfortable… but I didn’t ask for others and I am sure they would have accommodated me because they were so wonderful.
