Very comfortable bed , great restaurant and facilities

Only the leisure centre seemed a little worse for wear. Extremely unpleasant smears on the wall in the female changing rooms and a smell in the pool area. All main hotel areas visited were lovely.

Stayed for 2 nights, great, helpful staff throughout the hotel. Room was nice but very far from reception and a bit of a maze to get to and from. Amenities were good but no bar service after 12.30am, disappointing. But we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Not a great experience The hotel is very shabby. Bed uncomfortable and room old fashioned. There was a random table in mine taking up space the room didn’t have with no chairs for it. No hairdryer in the room, had to phone down and ask for it. The iron leaked all over a cream skirt, spitting mucky water on it and marking it. Some kind of event / disco last night so extremely noisy and I wasn’t advised about it on check in. I have no issue at all with people having fun - and it sounded like they were - but when you’re staying at what’s also marketed as an airport hotel, there’s a good chance that’s because you have a very early flight and need a reasonable nights sleep. The only positive was the breakfast. Plentiful, fresh and delicious. And it’s not like it’s a budget hotel so what you pay vs what you get is disproportionate. And I didn’t raise any of this with them as when I checked out this morning the gentleman on reception who was yawning extremely rudely and loudly didn’t ask how my stay was. How this place is rated as 4 star is an absolute mystery to me.

We will definitely be back. The food was fresh and delicious! The breakfast was the best buffet we have had. We had lovely drinks n the bar and relaxed in our spacious room. The beds were also comfortable with decent pillows. The girl on reception was also very helpful and cheerful which was nice.

Wow! What a wonderful hotel! I recently stayed with my 10 year old daughter and some friends (2 mums and 2 girls) to see Take That in concert at Hampden Park, Glasgow. We had the best weekend. The staff were amazing, from the minute we booked the rooms until we left, they couldn't do enough for us. The food was excellent, the portion sizes were very generous and reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant. The breakfast selection was ample each morning, all items were topped up frequently and plenty of staff keeping the area clean. The bedrooms were very clean and the beds super comfy. We all loved the swimming pool, and the adults enjoyed the sauna and steam rooms. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough, we will definitely be back for another visit!

From the moment I walked into The Glynhill Hotel I walked into the foyre I was made so very welcome. Staff were all excellent in their duties,the room was amazing, so very clean and attention to detail was great. I also went and had a pedicure at their spa and leisure, it was so good, just what I needed. I had a lite bite lunch, the food was delicious. I will definitely recommend staying at The Glynhill Hotel.

This is nowhere near what a 4 star hotel should be. Its a 3 star hotel at best. The iron and iron board provided was absolutely terrible. Simply does not iron. Iron not hot enough. The board is not padded and is dirty as anything so its like sliding a lukewarm iron across a dirty grill. The pool is ancient. Not because of its greek theme design but just outdated by few decades. Water pressure in all showers both at pool and room is very poor. I must say the staff were all very nice though.

Clean room, great staff and overall good stay. Certain amenities such as the shower and ironing board could do with an update but apart from that would recommend.

Super comfy bed and pillows.

The bed was comfortable but the room was run down. Staff and breakfast were ok.

Excellent and comfortable bed. Good clean rooms. Staff Excellent and very helpful. Restaurant had good choice of food and was excellently prepared and quick service. Dinning room was bright and cheerful.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, appreciated tea and coffee with a biscuit. Bathroom whilst very clean had what looked like a panel behind the toilet that had suffered water damage and was rotting.

Good location certainly not a 4 star hotel. Staff did not care and were no help. No explanation of hotel, restaurant, bar or leisure facilities.

The whole first floor (non-smoking) smells of Marijuana. It was so strong that I couldn't walk to or from my room without my infant having a coughing spell. Layout is also very weird, we had to take an elevator up to our floor, then walk all the way down the hall, then down a flight of stairs, to get to our room. If stairs are an issue for you, make sure you book an accessible room.

Room did not have a fridge and no air-conditioning in rooms our stay was very hot and water pressure in showers was very low

Room was very tired and needed an update.

Room was cozy, comfortable. Sumptuous Breakfast with good variety. Plenty of parking.

I booked and payed for a twin room for myself and my daughter just less that 2 months before our trip, when we got there, they didn’t have a twin room, they asked me if a double would do, no, as it was for myself and my daughter, I waited an hour before they got back to me with my room, stating that it was an upgrade with no extra charge, insinuating I should be thankful never mind they messed up my booking. I didn’t think much of the upgrade, it was small, warm and tired and it was a double with bed pulled apart to make like a twin, the shower barely flowed as did the cold water, it was a trickle at best, I come from Paisley (now Aberdeen) and stayed there on my wedding night in 1988, I rated it as an upmarket classier hotel, but it has went way down in my estimations, it was not a good experience for my weekend.
