Never used the facilities

I wasn't there on business. I was staying because I had an early morning hospital appointment. The man on the desk took the payment and ordered the taxi that I requested. He told me where my room was but I couldn't find it, so I came back down to ask him again. But he stayed through the back and ignored my calls. There is no bell to ring to let anyone know that I was there. A young waiter was walked by and I asked him where it was and he very kindly took me to my room and unlocked the door for me. My room number was 124 but that number isn't on any notices also the door I was meant to go through to find my room had a PRIVATE notice above it. So naturally one would. Not go where it says private. The man on the desk gets the terrible star but the waiter gets the excellent star. I have stayed in this hotel before and the staff etc.was excellent.

Stayed here overnight as a surprise for a friends birthday, staff were lovely very helpful, room was spotless, clean and comfortable. We used the leisure centre very good. Breakfast in the morning was really well set out in a lovely area. Excellent choice from cold buffet, hot selection with a fabulous range of items. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again.

We extremely enjoyed our stay at Glynhill Hotel. Every member of staff we came in contact with were very helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Our room was spotless and the swimming pool and changing rooms were also very clean. The food we had in the restaurant was amazing as well as the breakfast. We would definitely recommend it here and will definitely be staying again when we visit our daughter & son in law.

Second stay here. Yes it is a but dated and needs some updating in places but it is clean with free parking and lovely staff. The bed was comfy and there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There is a couple of shops nearby and a Chinese all you can eat buffet restaurant just a few minutes walk away. You can also eat at the hotel. We caught the train in to see Glasgow one of the days it is only one stop to Glasgow Central Station. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Another bonus is that it is close to the airport.

Room was spotless with friendly staff, restaurant had fantastic food and priced competitivey. Definitely will stay again.

Shower in spa was terrible room was not as advertised light hanging off roof only one tiny bar open could hear everything through windows

Great hotel , beautiful decor , booked a club king and once we got it after being put in what I think was a double , was well worth the money , good deep baths , only thing I would say is if you are on the front of the building the road is busy all night , we were told this and asked if this was ok , we didn’t mind but if your like peace and quiet ask for a back room

It was ok! There was toilet paper stuck in the peephole! And the doors slam shut to all the rooms. Not bad for 1 night stay
