The hotel is very cute, there’s a good amount of parking spaces and the lake views are stunning from some rooms. The building itself is a little tired and could use a nice refresh. The reception as a space is a little confusing as is marked with a different hotel name (?) so I thought I was in the wrong place at first. But the staff was very professional yet friendly and helpful with tips and advice. Maybe the most uncomfortable feature of the room was the shower with no glass/door so there was no way of NOT flooding the floor even with a quick shower. Location is very convenient for lake access and the area is just pretty all around. I would go back if I found a good deal and could book a lake view room again.

The property is in a nice location. Some spider webs and were found in the room and the bathroom had a spider. The AC never worked and the floor could've used a sweep (there was a nail clipping by the terrace window). Overall facilities are a bit outdated. The breakfast was nice

This was a perfect stop for us outside of Lake Lugano. The staff was excellent! They were very accommodating when we needed to leave early for a flight setting up a little breakfast for us.

Really comfortable hotel. Spacious clean rooms. Huge comfortable bed . Basic toiletries and furnishings, but clean and pleasant vibe in safe quiet neighbourhood.

Owner Lucy and her husband and staff were warm,welcoming and helpful with diner reservations and touring advice. Breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. Suggestion: king beds should have the ability to be made into two beds for friends sharing a room.

Hotel claims to be a 4 star yet it is more of a 1.5 star if that . Pool was dirty , staff have no idea what they are doing and claim the hotel is “changing” to a different one . Rooms are outdated and AC does not work . No restaurants around the area that are worth going to .

Hotel staff was extremely accommodating.. Expedia over booked them but she was still able to get us a room. Excellent buffet in the morning with a nice patio to enjoy!

The reception staff were very helpful with activities, local eating places and scenic routes to my next destination. The breakfast buffet had everything. Really nice.

The staff there was very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay great.

Great breakfast and a quiet spot

I love hotels with their own characteristics. Unfortunately, this hotel has too many. The rooms are ok and their cleaning is very good, but that’s about it. No restaurant srrvice available. The hotel is extremely understaffed and breakfast is a joke! After waiting for 20 minutes for my coffee I simply gave up. Everything seems outworn and neglected. Two solutions for this place: renovate and extend your staff or simply quit the business. Is a potential gem.

A lovely hotel in a lovely area close to the Lake Lugano. Room was big enough, with excellent bed, tv, fridge and wifi. Bathroom large with good shower. Breakfast was excellent and the atmosphere of the hotel lovely. Recommended despite being a bit tired but very clean.
