Everything nice

Clean room and upkeep. The whole staff was freindly. Great location near the train station and Coop store. Great views of the Alps and local mountains.

Hotel building was older, let's call it quaint but very clean and well maintained. Perfect location, literally 2 minutes walk from the train station and near restaurants and shopping. 10 minutes from Grindelwald -First Gondola. Staff was wonderful, helpful and accommodating. Luggage storage in a locked room. Breakfast included eggs, meats, breads, fruit, yogurt. All in a clean, very nice room.

small room but big enough for one. Comfortable bed, nice view from the room, although the front rooms are better (and bigger). Good breakfast. Right near the train station.

This hotel was very conveniently located, the staff members were all friendly and helpful and the room was fantastic. The part of our stay that I really loved and hadn't expected was the use of the breakfast room as a picnic area. The hotel provided a microwave, plates and silverware, water and cups and we were able to eat meals in this room very comfortably and enjoy an incredible view.

Excellent location - 1 min from Train station; good breakfast ; Only negative is that the soap in bathroom wasnt good ! I wish we had brought our own.

This property was super cute! It did not have AC, but the staff offered suggestions for how to make things cooler- it worked for the most part. We enjoyed the view and the balcony. Really liked its proximity to the train station and the town. It was easy to get around. The staff was very friendly and personal. This breakfast buffet was our least favorite though- although, it was fine. The room was a bit tight for two.

Grinderwald is such an amazing place. You haven’t visited Switzerland until you’ve been to the Berner Oberland region! Location of hotel is adjacent to train station and the primary local bus stop is across the street. Hotel is a little older than others but it’s very clean, updates are being done and its views of the Eiger are outstanding!!! Staff service and continental breakfast was great. We really enjoyed our nights here. The only down side was the size of the room. 2 adults with 2 large suitcases would be crunch time! We had 2 carry-ons and could feel tight. But like mentioned, the balcony views are incredible!!!!

Warm property, nice spacious rooms. View is amazing! Shout out to the staff 👏👏 my husband left his Apple Watch in the room after check out and hotel staff called me and informed about the watch. Also kept safely, when i went i was handed over the watch.
