Convenient location for Syracuse town, but in a scruffy area and the whole property is looking tired. Breakfast was adequate. The owner was charming and happy to help.

Proprrty claims that it has free parking. It is incorrect. On street parking, and you have to look for it with all other people who do not stay at this hotel.

Not a clean place but very good location. Heater worked; you just need to guess the setting. Very little storage space. A minuscule sink that was smaller than my hands and all water was going on the floor. To get hot water one must run it for a while to warm up. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. 5-15 minutes walk to points of interest. Free street parking. I will recommend getting a back room, because the street is noisy during the work hours, but the nights are OK. I thank the front desk clerk for changing my room from the first floor to the second. In general, the city of Syracuse was full of flies, and the hotel area was not an exception. Can’t explain the phenomenon. Our room was in a location that there was no Wi-Fi signal inside, but there was a good signal right at the entry door. Very strange. If you place your phone near the door the speed was surprisingly high.

It is the second time I have stayed at this hotel , it is clean comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful !

Convenient location close to Ortygia. Free on street parking.

Good value for money and conveniently located for ortygia, station, nd buses to archaeological park and rest of city, though the immediate surrounds are scruffy and not easy to walk in.

The room was okay. Lacked light. But in all a nice stay with free parking nearby.

Great place to stay for 3 nights exploring Ortigia and Siracusa. Parking was easy, breakfast was good, and Onda Blu was a wonderful seafood restaurant a short walk away on our first night there. Highly recommend (hotel and the restaurant).

Quite dissapointed. TV In the room couldny make it to work. No a/c, we had to sleep with open windows. The internet was the worst all around the hotel. Breakfast was very poor as well. The staff though was very nice and helpful.

Nice quiet hotel just enough out of the way to be quiet but close enough to all the tourist places.

THe hotel is definitely not in an up-scale area but it is quite safe and walkable to the historic part of Siracusa and also to the archeological park. So the location was very good but the hotel was a bit worn and some things were broken or marked. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff are pleasant and location is convenient as we could park the car easily. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruits etc.

The staff at this hotel was very unfriendly. At 11:05 they kicked me out of the hotel (check out at this location is 11:00). The infrastructure was brand new and nice!

Nice small hotel 10 minutes walk from theold town centre. Easy to park (Saturday in mid June). Friendly staff.

Good location about 10 minute walk into Ortigia. Great value, friendly staff, adequate breakfast & local free street parking outside.

A well located hotel within easy walking distance of Ortigia, the railway, and bus stations. The room was good, with minibar, and we had a terrace attached to the room with a table and chairs and a 2 x sun loungers. Staff in the hotel were very helpful and answered and questions we had. Breakfast was included and was a continental breakfast with a selection of breads, meat and cheese, pastries, cakes, yogurts and fruit. Coffee was in regular supply and made to order. By day 2 your coffee order was being prepared as soon as you arrived. The only thing I missed was a kettle in the room to make late night hot drinks.

Asked on arrival for 6 to 6.30am wake up call for 7.30am train to Naples: "Not possible" Asked for early breakfast of croissants and coffee and juice left out. "Not possible. Breakfast starts at 7.00am til 10.00am. Room on main street was open to appalling noise of people and cars so we got no sleep at all. Not a Hotel to be recommended to anyone. Both Managers, day and night, equally rude and incompetent sadly. So avoid this Hotel. ASKED for an additional E2 TAX as we left at 6.00am in morning so why not on arrival and why not breakfast???? Awful experience

Great location 10 min walk to the old town and close to many fine local cafes and restaurants. Room a little small but very comfortable. Bathroom needs to be updated. Breakfast was nice but nothing to write home about. Service was very friendly and efficient.

The hotel did not have any notice that I was expected. Fortunately, they had a vacant room and could accommodate me. Although I had paid hotels.com in full, they insisted I pay again at check-out time. I have, therefore, paid double for my stay and need to get a refund. I will be following up but it means such a waste of time on all the paperwork.
