Hotel is two star but clean and efficient own parking although limited reasonable breakfast continental only close to various shops no tourist shops nearby makes for a good reasonable stop just out side of town

Does what it says on the tin. No frills just a decent cheap stay over room

We stayed one night on our way north. As we were driving a classic car we were very pleased with the parking secure parking. The room was very comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. The close access to the highway was a bonus.

We stayed on a Sunday night en route for the South. First impressions good - big room, tea making facility which is rare in France, big bathroom,but then came the big disappointment: NO HOT WATER! and we wondered if this was the explanation.Receptionist suggested running the water for 10 minutes - no joy. She offered us a different room on a different floor, as by then another guest had complained on our floor. Still no hot water so no point in moving. There were very few guests in the hotel.She took us to check the boilers which appeared hot and functioning, but nothing was reaching the bedrooms.She then wrote a message in an exercise book for the receptionist who followed her in the morning and then left at about 8.30 p.m.! No-one on the desk overnight. The next morning the water was warm and the new receptionist was apologetic and had called a plumber. Another problem: no-where to eat anywhere near the hotel. We had to drive into town where the only place open on a Sunday evening was a takeaway pizza place

We stayed one night there. Overall it was a pleasant stay. There's a free parking, and given the fact that it is not far from the highway, it is fairly easy to find. Obviously the interns are still in training. She was on call while I walked in, however, she didn't even bother look at me nor did she hung up the phone as soon as possible as she should have, she went on talking for 2-3 minutes and let me waiting. And she appeared to be not yet fully familiarized with their own booking system, when I told her that I made the booking 20 minutes ago, she kept staring at the printing/faxing machine and saying she hasn't received the booking confirmation yet until I reminded her to take another look at their computer system.

Exceptionnel ! Et ce n est pas hôtel qui lui est dans son jus…. Mais la qualité du staff. À tout les niveaux les employés sont aimables et vous donne envie de revenir. Donc si je reviens j irais sans aucun doute chez eux. Bravo et votre bonne humeur permet aux gens de démarrer la journée du bon pied. Noam.

Personnel accueillant, chambre spacieuse et petit déjeuner assez bon.

Je recommande les yeux fermés cet établissement avec un accueil chaleureux, à l’écoute et souriante

Je n'ai pas aimé la moquette au sol

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre nuit à l'hôtel B&B de Rodez lors d'un séminaire, et reviendrons avec plaisir! Seul bémol la moquette n'est pas par nature totalement hygiénique, et peut-être faire un effort dans la chambre sur la qualité café et il 'n''y a pas de thé ou infusion, dommage...

Bonjour, A notre arrivée, notre réservation n'avais pas été prise en compte par l'hôtel et nous n'avons pu accéder à nos chambres. Merci de faire le nécessaire pour le rebroussement

séjour sympathique même si le prix très raisonnable des chambres est compensé par la facturation de plein de petits services (animal de compagnie et parking privé) Mais belles chambres , propres et spacieuses. Matelas un peu souple à mon gré mais ....nuits calmes. Petit déjeuner très agréable.

Hôtel très propre et bien entretenu. De bonne facture et pratique pour une famille (2 pièces)
