Clean room, AC worked but wasn’t fantastic, very helpful staff great stay!

This hotel is in the old town and close to everything but parking is about 10 min walk

The room was clean and location was very good. Staff very friendly, breakfast was good but only downside was that there wasn't freshly cooked food in the evening- only frozen food heated up in microwave

The location could not be better. It is minutes from the main square, but tucked away on the side streets and very quiet. The front desk is super helpful, you get maps, recommendation and a personal, local advice. Our room had everything we needed for our 3 night trip. Very clean. Nice big window. There was Heating/ cooling unit that we didn’t need to use, but in the middle of the summer, different story. There is very good local tasca close by. We had our last lunch there, delicious! Strongly recommend for a few day trip to Évora and around .

There was no chair in my room, which woykd have been nice since there is a desk. and it is showing sone wear and tear. The staff were very helpful.

Breakfast ok but out of hot food when we arrived, slow to refill then pounced on by other guests waiting then another long wait for more. Room fine but needing better cleaning as black mould on shower tiles and on wall behind curtain next to window in our room is obvious, otherwise a good value hotel in a must visit town.

Property is inside the walled city of Evora, with tiny ancient streets and old buildings, but interior is updated and in good shape. We were surprised and pleased with it.

The room was ok. However the maintenance is falling behind: light and exhaust fan not working, tap dripping

Did not have a breakfast

Breakfast was an add on that we opted out of, so cannot comment on that. But the location was close to the square and convenient to everything we needed. The hotel is down a very tight alley, so the taxi dropoff and pickup are a bit of a walk to a wider street - this wasn't an issue for us, but note it in case. Would stay again.

Great central place to stay. Friendly staff and rooms

Very modern, clean and comfortable. Good area - close to all attractions. From desk staff is there 24 hours. Breakfast is available (extra pay) and is very convenient. Great option for the price

Our first room had a very bad smell. They transfer our room without any hassle. We loved the location the staff provided us with great insight about the city's hidden gem.

Super stay in a great value hotel with terrific staff. Excellent location and able to leave the motorcycle safely outside the front.

Located right in the heart of old town, streets are narrow for driving but we were able to get around and walkable to the main attractions

Good service from the reception staff. The breakfast is excellent. The bed was very comfortable.
