Excellent stay and exceeded all expectations. Fantastic location , fantastic staff with no issue a problem. Breakfast is excellent and has all that you need. Highly recand I am sure it will not disappoint.

What’s good: the location is perfect, the staff are friendly and super helpful, and they provide parking near the old town. However, the hotel was very overpriced for what it was, and it’s a glorified AirBnb more than a hotel. Breakfast was just ok, on the last day we actually skipped the hotel breakfast (which was already paid for) and had breakfast in town. The rooms don’t really have a view of anything. If the room was 30% cheaper this would have been great, but it wasn’t as good as expected.

Staff was super! Very nice and helpful. We didn’t get a bag on our flight and they went out of their way to make sure we got it before embarking the next day!

I tried 2 hotels in the Split Harbor and I really liked this one better. 24 hour staff (all don't have this). Good convenient location 5 min walk to waterfront. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we had a 430am pick up and they arranged everything and prepared us breakfast to go as well. There was a rain shower that morning and the front desk person provided us umbrellas and escorted us to the taxi, thanks so much I really apprieciated it. The room was a nice size and comfortable.

The staff treated us exceptionally well. They upgraded us to the penthouse, packed us an incredible breakfast that was ready for us at 4:30 am so we could catch our flight. They were so friendly and supportive the whole time. It’s located right in the heart of old town, quiet, clean, and has great amenities. So happy we chose here. Highly recommend.

They deserve all the stars in the world! Absolutely FANTASTIC staff!!! Everyone from the housekeeping to restaurant crew to the front desk folk were incredibly kind, next level helpful and genuine! Spacious room & bathroom, nice view, great water pressure, espresso in your room! We especially loved Dubo & Maria from the front desk. It felt like we were being hosted by friends who really cared ! They were beyond exceptional! Wonderful abundant breakfast! Vegan & vegetarian options, delicious espresso and even mimosas! Relaxing classy cigar room! Truley an elevated amazing experience! One of the best hotel stays we ever had! Thank you to everyone who works here! : )

What a pleasant surprise ! Greeted by Maria who was beyond helpful , assisted with our airline check in and went above and beyond . We were walked to the ATM so we knew which to use so as not to be overcharged . The property is a great location to everything in the Palace area ! Clean and fantastic breakfast options that are included . Would not hesitate to book again ! Great terrace to relax and read or use the jacuzzi !

Friendly and helpful staff from receptionist to the restaurant. Breakfast was very well prepared. I'd highly recommend for anyone who wants to be within a short distance to everything, yet still have a restful night's sleep

Very nice boutique hotel with excellent restaurant and breakfast. Staff were very helpful with luggage etc.

Great location as it is very accessible - you do not need to take your luggage far. The front desk staff are extremely helpful.

Internet worked well for me, staff was helpful and friendly and buffet breakfast was outstanding. Room was very nice and bathroom was large and well equipped.

The included breakfast was absolutely fabulous. A wonderful way to start the day. However the greatest asset at the hotel is the staff. Each and every one of them went above and beyond the call of duty to be helpful. Be aware that the hotel is inaccessible by car. You will be dropped off and have to walk a couple of blocks pulling your suitcase, but it’s no big deal! Just get good directions as to how to make the walk without wasted steps.

Very polite & efficient staff. Stayed late to ensure we were looked after. Room was immaculate and very big. Good quality bed linen and towels. Sun terrace was lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh food , presented well. Plenty of choice. Staff went above and beyond to help us find our way the next morning.
