The place is close to the metro station. The staff are helpful and friendly. The area is safe and quiet!

Staff was very cooperative and helpful. Room service is good. Initially I had air condition problem but later they shifted us to another room and it became good.

Staff was friendly and helpful (walked me back from ATM and let me in really early in the morning when they weren't fully open), room was decent size, bed was medium comfort, shower was hot, room a little older. Could use new towels/sheets as looking dingy and brown. A little bit of a walk to metro. Room service was reasonable price and good taste. CONS: Bedding/towels seemed old, hasn't had updates, not close to metro. PR0S: Good sized room, hot shower, clean, well priced, good wifi, good/friendly staff

Room not clean, Everything I see on photo not same To much dust in Room not comfortable to stay. No sanitary kit. Towel old and dirty like hotel use for 50 years. I book 1500 THB Room but everything worse like 500 THB. Totally terrible not valuable. I get Sick because of pollution in hotel. Unhappy 😭😭😭😭😭

Not clean. Stayed for 10 minutes observed roaches and left. They did try to offer a new room and they were extremely nice but when u have bug spray on deck this is a known problem. Nothing was done when I cancelled no assistance from Expedia either

The staff was great. They helped us to book pur train ti ket to agra and assisted us to get more ruppees exchamge. The front desk was amazing

The staff at the hotel was excellent! They even helped me book a train to Agra. The room and hotel was very clean and safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Property was decent average for the cost paid. Room phone was not working. Breakfast was 230/- which was costly in my opinion. Staff was available all the time. Check in, check out was easy.

Friendly staff. Room is fine. We were able to get extra blankets with no problem because the nights were cold. Good breakfast, but needs more varieties when you stay for few nights. Very interesting location because of very few tourists. You are in a typical indian area where you can see how local people are living. The area is safe.
