on our third day of out of four the propane tank was not delieverd so for 2 of our four days we had no hot water of any kind. the bathroom door lock did not work.

The place is very quiet, and you can enjoy a good breakfast inside, with air conditioning, or outside by the small but very clean pool, enjoying the natural surroundings. The staff is very friendly, and despite the hotel being completely full due to graduation season at UF, they were able to have our room ready before regular check-in time.

Did not stay at hotel…no hot water and filthy

Nice staff. Had stayed previously and no complaints at all. This time, there was no hot water due to a service emergency but the management did their best to accommodate customers by offering free cancellations or discounts. Would give 5 stars for the management response in terms of customer service but there has to be a better system in the future to prevent such problems, especially during graduation season when hotel occupancy is at maximum levels

This location has what you need; nothing special, but they do allow dogs and the breakfast was fine.

The staff generally sets the stage for what I expect the place to be - in this case she was great! I'm forgetting her name, but I was squared away. The room bathroom was also clean haha.. Thankfully, right?

Nice hotel about 20 minutes from Gainesville. Great option if you want to beat the crazy hotel prices in Gainesville whenever there is any major event happening. Only downside is there are really no dining options in town. You have to depend on Gainesville or Starke for that

Dont stay there if you have family, if you’re by your own and you dont care anything, ok, but for sure not a nice clean family place

The property itself was comfortable and clean. Not much in the way of nearby options for meals or shopping. A good place to stay the night while traveling.

Hotel room #1 had a serious water leek from shower to room carpet. Didn't notice till late night and notified front desk in am. Day manager never told afternoon which we needed to do ourselves. Greatest part of our stay was breakfast. Staff is tremendous and food was hot, plentiful and room very well kept. 2nd room was fine. Thanks BW

Was super convenient for what we had going on in the area, the gas station and few fast food places were exactly what we needed!
