The TVs and remotes are old technology. The internet is questionable. Had to move rooms twice. The walls are thin. The sound transfer is ridiculous.

The lady at the front desk was super friendly. Tv in room not working. She came and corrected the problem right away.

this property was excellent for location to downtown kingston. The property is in desparate need of renovation. room was clean and nice. only a cotton sheet and 1 blanket on the bed. Had to turn the heat up higher in the room as we were cold at night. breakfast just passable. Booked for location and cheaper price. I guess you get what you pay for!

The staff here has been great. Very polite, very professional and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and cozy. Fridge, microwave, flat screen tv and a keurig coffee machine in room. Ice machine in the hall, continental breakfast and coffee in the lobby. Very close to everything, great location.

Hotel bien situé, proche du centre-ville. Accueil sympathique, check-in rapide et professionnel. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Wifi +/- fonctionnel. Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner compris, simple mais efficace. Parking inclus. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Dining experience at the yellow chinese restaurant just beside this hotel was not satisfying.

The smell was horrid. Felt unsafe

Very quiet, staff was friendly and helpful and was in a convenient location. Liked the free parking. The building could use some upkeep but it was clean. The bed was super comfy. I unexpectedly had to stay in town another night and went back. I would stay again.

The hotel is old but the staff are friendly and the room was very clean, except for a stale cigarette smell. The location was not very close to downtown but a quick $10 Uber got us anywhere.

The hotel staff were great and super helpful! Our room was clean. Beds very comfy. The continental breakfast included was better than most hotels!

The hotel is in dire need of being knocked down or totally refurbished. Inside and out. For instance the ice machine not working, bed mattress shot, no sound on the tv, had to change rooms. I will not be booking there again.

Has seen better days.
