Nice sunny room facing the sea but very little windows to open at night when the temperature was high. Resorted to using the fan so a slightly uncomfortable nights sleep. Would benefit from a small air conditioning unit.

Room was OK, some issues with maintenance i.e. window in bathroom did not open properly, lock on bathroom door was broken. Some items not as described i.e. stated double bed, when in fact it was a 3/4 sized bed. Generally quiet, but got noisy at the weekends with crowds gathering outdoors and the mowers starting before 8am to cut the greens.

Great staff, very helpful, great golf and accessible to nightlife in skegvagas.

Breakfast was delicious lots of it our room was perfect we stayed in double room with sea view it was very clean bar meals excellent and reasonable all staff were fab nothing to much trouble always asked us if we were ok and to have a nice day when we went out

Not a great stay. Arrived to no heating/radiator not working. However a oil filled radiator was available in the room, implies maybe the room was known to be cold? Shower didnt work. On arrival toilet was running continuously and wouldnt flush. Wifi details not available in the room which would of been helpful.. When raised these all to the staff in the morning told "Yeah sometimes people dont think that shower works but you need to pull both switches." No apology for other factors? And if that is the case maybe a sign could help on how to use shower? Dont think il return.

Plenty of free parking places, extremely comfortable bed, and a great breakfast, all within easy walking distance of Skegness town centre

The hotel is an older building requiring redecoration on some areas, excellent food, Clean, great staff. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't available to us due to golfing group activities which was one of the reasons that this hotel was chosen. We were not informed before booking the hotel that this was the case. It was also noisy at times

Very disappointed, stayed here on 21st march for one night, the room was so hot, radiator on full and wouldn’t turn down, spoke to receptionist and got told to open the window, the plug in the sink wouldn’t work, very noisy rooms can hear people from other rooms and in corridor. Won’t be going back for sure

Everything was great. Sea view and course view.

Stayed at the lodge and surprisingly roomy. Bright and well laid out accommodation. Good en suite and great views from the windows. All round, very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent food in the bar and for breakfast. Very friendly bar staff. Excellent location.
