There was no complementary breakfast like it said, only two vending machines one was at one end and the other one was at the other. Beds where at a terrible angel which made it uncomfortable to wstch tv. Way way to much chlorine in the hot tub to the point bubbles was over following. You could see the rusty pipes under bathroom si nk, behind the toilet, mild in shower. 200.00 ➕️ to stay very over priced. Should of taken pictures.

Birds had nests all around the outside of entrances to hotel and had a mess on the sidewalk entrances. Checked out early and would not cancel reservation Will not stay again

We were very happy with our stay! Parking was not great, but the hotel was clean, they also offered coffee and muffins for breakfast! The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean! Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating! Thanks for the great stay!

They sell the parking lot space until 6pm to non-hotel guests so parking is a joke! They have a swallow (bird) problem, they could put up anti bird spikes to prevent this but don't, and birds are crapping all over your vehicles. It's dirty and not managed well, trash cans filled to the brim, I would go elsewhere!

Loved our room that could accommodate our 6 guests. Clean and comfortable.

Centrally located and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The room was small but clean. The bathroom did not have a counter. No closet space to hang clothes.

The pool and hot tub area looked nasty. I woke up and found a mini screw driver in my bed. Our AC unit didn’t hardly blow and we had to go purchase our own fan to try and cool the room down. The conditioner bottle provided was empty which makes me assume the room wasn’t actually cleaned appropriately.

Location was good. I booked for five, three adults and two children. The room was so small two people would be crowded

Close to train station and dining. Did not have free breakfast. Pool hours were limited.

Hotel was near all the shops and boardwalk. Room was very clean and nice. Lobby and pool area could use updating.

Loved the shopping

It was a easy drive to Mt Rushmore and the resturant was very good. The room was clean and quiet.

This is not a bad hotel, but needs updating. The outside eves to door ways are covered in bird nests so the bird poop on the sidewalks was tremendous and lots on cars.

When we went to the room, it was propped open, the deadbolt was broke & the fire alarm was hanging down from the ceiling. We checked in late & were tired but we had to wait for maintenance to fix the door. The solution was to take off the strike plate.

Everything was simple

Great place to stay. Very convenient. Will only stay there while in Keystone
