One of the greatest locations in the city ! Close to historical district and plenty of shopping banks and exchanges with in a gated court yard in the heart of the financial district Friendly people Speak poco English .. lol ( English is spoken a littke !

Nice room. With mini kitchen. Breakfast was basic but good. Rooms facing the front get noise from the three elevators going up and down all night. Need ear plugs.

Was very handy to transport options. Airport bus no longer stops at Los Heroes it seems which was my main reason for choosing this Hotel but the Republica stop was only 10 minutes walk away so worked out ok. My room was very quiet which is a bonus on this trip. Breakfast was ok, had better had worse.

Central location. Great view. Very nice accommodations. Would stay again. NOTE: the entrance is confusing to get to, especially after hours, since you need to access the plaza via the walkway at the parking garage entrance in the side street (in a dodgy area). Access from near the metro station is the usual way but this gets gated off at night.

Hotel is in good location everything is on walking distance, staff are great and very friendly, couple of complaints first one breakfast is the same every day and the shower is too small.

It was better than expected! The room was more like a studio apartment with a separate bedroom and living area, whic consisted of a couch, sink, 2 burner stove, oven, microwave, small refrigerator, and dishes silverware and pots and pans. We had a corner room on the 22nd floor with a spectacular view of the city. Breakfast was quite adequate, cosisting of cereal, fruit, yogurt, various cheeses and coldcuts, scrambled eggs, and bread and rolls with a toaster. The only real complaint we had was the shower, which was in a small bathtub with a high side to climb in and out of, and the tub was very slippery.

Hotel location is good, staff very nice and willing to help. Breakfast quite balance. Room clean and comfortable. The only negative observation is the bath top, extremely small and dangerous, it is slippery and high too reach.

The hotel is in a good location if you can find it. It was definitely hard to find in the dark the forst time we arrived, but it is close to the sites. The wifi was awful. About 80% of the time, the wifi connection wasnt even giving us a signal. The breakfast was below average with just a boxed lunch.

Small room, tiny bathtub, overheated, pool unavailable, breakfast in a box, cleaning personal comes in and out...

Fair to stay

The cart of the hotel is not working and they don’t have a helper to carry your luggage. The hot water came out in brown color, had just one shampoo tube and one piece of soap. The AC was OK but the auto mode didn’t make the fan to stop when the temperature was cool enough. Clean and comfortable room and good care of the COVID 19 rules. The breakfast is properly located inside of the refrigerator.
