Great location and a very nice room. The room was extremely hot with a fan that was next to useless. The breakfast was ok not much left out in the dining room compared to other hotels to choose from Overall not bad at all

This is a greta hotel and pub within the historic Chatham dockyard with local outlet shops within 5 mins walking distance, room was clean with some nice touches, staff are friendly and a good breakfast.

This is a fabulous place to stay. Breakfast was amazing. Staff helpful and friendly. Our only concern was the bedroom was above the local shop. So from 5 am until midnight we had lots of noise from horns beeping from van drivers urging the shop to open, to youths congregating outside at night. Other quite rooms are available on the opposite side of the hotel.

This type of accommodation is why I love to stay at less corporate type places. It was different, comfortable and had lovely decor. But by far the best part was the wonderful young lady who was serving breakfast, she was friendly and kept me topped up with coffee while I worked. It is the first time I have ever nipped to the loo only to come back to a full cup of coffee without asking. What a lovely surprise. I am so sorry I have forgotten her name but I will never forget her excellent service.

Room was too hot and they provided a fan only as it did not have air conditioning or cooling system. Terrible stay particularly for a diabetic on dialysis

Some yoghurt to go with the fruit would have been nice. Otherwise excellent

I have stayed many times and it is always a decent stay. During the heat it is uncomfortable.

Bar shut at 10pm, no access to restaurants when quiz is on a Monday

Dinner menu was fine but breakfast was even better!

Perfect stay, lovely location, easy parking and check in process. Spacious and well equipped room. Both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was great with very friendly and attentive staff which look after our needs. Looks forward to repeat visit. Very good value for money.

Room was excellent.. very clean and great view of the harbour - the entrance - lift and first floor area carpet needs cleaning / replacing as pretty dirty and walls could do with a paint … the staff are fabulous , food excellent and ambience is brilliant ! Breakfast delicious too!
