I came to walk beaches and fossil hunt. This hotel was located perfectly for me for taking trips out each day from the hotel. The breakfast was amazing.

The rooms could use some renovation and coffee maker in the room would have neen nice

It was clean and quiet with a very nice breakfast buffet.

The staff was very helpful and the property very well maintained. I would whole heartedly recommend staying at Limfjorden! The description also matched what was received which was not the case for other bookings. This place does not falsely advertise.

When we arrived at 7pm hotel restaurant was booked out. No bar facilities to speak off.

Terrible.

Check-in: we came and we could not check-in, reason? unknown, had to came later, we had appointments that we had to be in time for. Staff could say allow when guest enters the hotel.

An overall great hotel with a good location and friendly staff. The room was clean and with all you need, nothing fancy or any extras. Good wifi. Breakfast was good, however no scrambled eggs and bacon but lots of other nice offerings. A recommendable hotel.

Nice hotel in a fantastic location. Room was pretty comfortable and the restaurant was very good. Could have done with better curtains as it got light very early.

The hotel was quite dated. To be fair we didnt get there till late in the day, so we didnt have to be there long.

We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast included the normal Eurpean fare, rolls, soft boiled eggs, cheeze, granola etc, but was of higher quality than most The rooms are decent sized and ours had a lovely view of the lake (fjord). We found it a very convenient home base for exploring NW Denmark and would recommend it to all.

Rooms very small but comfortable and clean. Wonderful view from breakfast room. There were quite a few dinner parties that weekend, so we didn’t dine at the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at this Danish chain hotel and I found it quite calm and relaxing. Unlike other reviewers I found the staff friendly and helpful in all respects. There seemed to be a regular flow of bus tour passengers but that really did not disturb us. At breakfast there was a good choice of food including healthy options. The hotel is well placed for exploring the wonderful coast of northwest Denmark.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the staff (but one older woman in particular) were unattentive and didnt even acknowledge our presence at the desk. The rooms are majorly outdated. No bathtub. Not even a shower tray so when you shower the water is everywhere at the sink around the toilet bowl. Theres not even a kettle in the room. There was no adapters and the staff weren't helpful with this either as we had UK plugs which is obviously our problem. When we returned back to our room on the final night I was greeted with a pair of mens speedos in our bathroom. I was not impressed. The staff inmediately came and removed them but why were they there in tbe first instance. Then on checkout we were asked to pay for alcohol that we had not taken. We disputed this and never paid for the so call charges. Safe to say ill never be staying here again and if i can save you from making the same mistake. thats great.

A bit outside of town but a quick drive into centre. Ate a nice fish buffet dinner at Fiskihus right on the water.
