Fully refurbished hotel - soft opening when I visited but very nice.

Should have benn fantastic. Great room good location nice restaurant down, actually really nice. Before 8 am banging starting for construction. Room was super hot with ac on and going. Most of the electric charging spots talen up by white construction vans

One of the best hotels that I stayed in the last year. The staff are very lovely and friendly. The rooms are comfortable. Nice location. Complimentary breakfast with many options and free parking. 10/10

The weather was amazing. The tram serving Augsburg is just around the corner. The Hotel has a nice restaurant with local cuisine and amazing beer and wine. The breakfast buffet was more than pleasing.

There is no A/C and the window opened into a courtyard where people came to smoke. We were there only at night and on second floor, but it was a job opening and closing the window in order to cool the room off before we could sleep. They only use duvets on the bed—no sheets on top or blanket which made it warmer. Took our box of Kleenexes when they cleaned, too.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was lovely and had a nice selection. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice business hotel with extremely kind staff.

Had a hanging bridge above property and although lit of improvements are being made the hotel and very nice restaurant are in a beautiful setting with many activities in the area. Rooms were clean and nice as was restaurant facility

Very friendly staff,very helpful. Rooms were quite hot but windows open if you don’t mind leaving them opened. Went to restaurant downstairs , was good. Breakfast was good too. Restaurant across was good also

Nice hotel. Very friendly, accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice dinner restaurant in the hotel and across the street. Easy parking. Rooms can be warm as there is no air conditioning. Would stay again.

Nice friendly staff , but the hotel is a little dated in some ways ... no problem for me but i can understand others being put off by the decoration. Breakfast was great !!

If you're hot, take your clothes off or open the window with no screens. No tub either. Beds were simple and comfy. Place was spotless and modern and quiet. Convenient location and helpful staff. Breakfast was yummy and the restaurant had a nice menu and good food. Parking was a little tight, but free. Catch a movie and get an ice cream across the street.
