I had an average experience. Though the room was what I expected, I was moved twice and then there was confusion over the number of breakfasts I requested and when I wanted to receive them. The person who served me on my final morning hadn't been informed by his manager about my breakfasts so was never prepared and when it was served, I received a 2pt carton of milk instead of a jug of milk with my breakfast. I advise visitors to check the bookings in their records.

Lovely area and nice property. As it is not only manned at certain hours of the day, the check in window wasnt ideal for our party, particularly if you are visiting London for the day etc. However the place is spotless and very comfortable. Nice 15 minute walk into the town. Can highly recommned the Charcoal Grill Turkish Restaurant in the town!

Was a quick one night stay and a last minute book... Could not believe how reasonable the price was. The service was beyond the price! Highly recommended.

We stayed here and drove into London,room was very clean, but! Small ensuite, not a lot to the room, thin walls could hear someone in the next room snoring it was ok for money...

Perfectly adequate hotel for short stay. Rooms/bathrooms are small but comfortable. Location is very convenient for Overground into centre. Price represents good value for London.

Large Surburan house with character in quiet street. Contemporary furnishings, lovely greeting and efficient check in. If this place has any down side it's the distance out of London city centre and how far you are away from any facilities. There are some takeaway places nearby but nowhere to eat out or have drinks - or at least that I could find - but then this maybe what you are looking for :-)

It was a lovely guesthouse with a beautiful and silent neighbourhood. The room wasn't big, but it's size was more than enough for one person, and I would recommend it to everybody. And for the price it was much better then expected!

Very comfortably hotel, with pleasant staff who were most helpful.

This was just what we needed. Quite basic, decor rather outdated and breakfast is not included, but staff were friendly, the room was well-equipped and the location was good.

Good small hotel. Nice staff, room was clean but a little small. Easy on-street parking. 5 mins walk to shops, and pub 7 mins away

I was actually quite surprised by the quality of the hotel for the rate i paid, it was worth double the room rate. no complaints.

The room was clean and had everything required, the reception staff were very pleasant, and the free (on-road) parking and free wifi were much appreciated.
