This little hotel was amazing. Very clean, renovated and cozy. Great little private backyard. Breakfast was also very good.

Secure well maintained and clean. Accommodation is a few flights from ground level as above private apartments, there is a lift in the building. Very close to the main attractions in Florence

The room and the area was really nice. It was a little tricky to find the front desk because it was inside a building on the second floor and the door to the front desk area looked like every other door and was not clearly labeled. Also, many time throughout our stay, we tried to get into the lobby room but it would either be locked or inaccessible. When the staff was there, they were super great but services was spotty on if they were there or not. Our room did not have a shower head, just a handheld sprayer on the tub. It was fine but just not what we anticipated. There is also no workout gym, which I think they do list on their site. These were just a couple things to note but we still loved the room and the stay overall!

Great location, beautiful room and very helpful friendly staff.

They stole my money. Fully knowing and admitting that my reservation was double booked, and explained due to an internet connection issue, they refused to refund me the second charge and were completely ridiculous about it. Would never, ever stay here again. Absolutely rude.

Very pleasant stay and great location. Good for solo travellers and couples

Unique boutique hotel, conveniently located, well appointed. Small second floor lobby, with small dining room and courtyard for quick breakfast. Hotel seems split among floors of building, so reception was not always attended, but when present they were always extremely helpful and kind. Soaring ceilings with decorative adornment and lofted seating area were a welcomed feature.

Loved our room and the area of the property! Breakfast was the only thing lacking , some of the pastries were stale but they had a staff member making eggs on request which was nice.

Das Hotel liegt Mitten in der Stadt, aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Ich habe mich sehr sicher gefühlt, obwohl ich alleine war. Das Hotelzimmer hatte keinen Schrank, keinen Hinweis, wie der TV zu bedienen ist und der Safe war in Fußbodenhöhe, also nicht zu bedienen.

The room was decent and the hotel was very walkable to the train station and other sites, however, the service from one man in particular was pretty scary. He yelled at my friend for having a hall door open even though it was already open when she got there. He also stood up and screamed at me during checkout. We had 2 key cards, my friends left early and turned in their card. Instead of calling the other staff member to check, he chose to scream at his paying customers instead. It was completely unnecessary and honestly scary.
