I spent extra to stay in a suite that has a toilet that spit water at my butt after I took a poop and flushed the toilet.

Place is dirty and the customer service is worse. Just dont, many other places to book at, do that instead.

This trip is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. Each time has been same. Consistent. The only thing I found which could improve is the complimentary breakfast. The coffee cups should be swapped out for mugs and the bakery goods could be fresher. I have one suggestion re the mattresses. They should be flipped or at least rotated once or twice a year. Everyone uses the beds as sofas, so the edges are well worn and making the beds less comfortable for sleeping. This situation is not unique to this hotel. It is like this right across the board.

The hotel room was a decent size. The breakfast is very limited. They only downside to the stay really was the pool was out of order and that was the main reason why I booked that hotel was for the pool so my kids can go swimming.

Most of staff were friendly and polite. Our initial greet at reception was exceptional, by the young lady that initially check us in. However, are interactions with every other staff member was mediocre at best. Our linens were not clean, and towels were old and worn. Breakfast was average, but upgrade did look to be great. Staff in dining area not helpful or welcoming in the least. Every one of the dining staff were more concerned with my coupon to prove I could have breakfast than doing any real work. Personally, I would inspect room far more closely, and lower my expectations to it’s okay and unremarkable if I ever stayed here again.

Good clean accommodations, nice and quiet. Not really near restaurants, and theirs closes early. Ok breakfast. Good place to stop for the night before heading north.

They have upgraded the technology in their rooms to accommodate today’s electronic requirements. The rooms I had were roomy and comfortable.
