Emily W sorted out an issue with our room door with a professional and reassuring manner. A great employee.

The bathroom design was clever with the door, three mirrors, deep bowl, and night-light.

The accessible room was absolutely fine. Lots of handles in the bathroom, a shower area with no step, and a low bed.

My partner and I enjoyed our visit very much ,couldn’t fault the hotel in any way , breakfast was lovely, we Will definitely book again in the near future.

Wonderfully clean and quiet with a well-prepared breakfast. Just shouldn't need to pay for parking.

Had to use 2 hands to drive a knife through the crust of a steak pie but did receive my money back.

A good breakfast to start the day. Staff were very friendly. A 10 minute walk to the centre of Lincoln.
