Hotel was very responsive to my request for better pillows. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Pool and steam room was a bonus.

We just had a night at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Everything was clean and tidy. Check in and out was easy. Staff were helpful at all times.

Excellent choice near the airport for our final night. It was walking distance to all the sights in the town. Chaotic at breakfast because so popular!

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were very pleasant, especially Carlos at the bar! Our Housekeeper was very kind and detailed. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, quiet except for landing jets and turboprops, close to restaurants, safe area. Continental breakfast was good.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed in so far. I booked a double bed, but they didn’t have one. Instead, they had two single beds pushed together. There was no iron available, and they charged extra just to have a simple T-shirt ironed. The toilet was leaking. Even for a basic umbrella, you had to pay a deposit—actually, you had to pay a deposit for everything. The walls were thin, and you could hear everything in the hallway and even the slightest noise from the neighboring rooms.

Not happy

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I arrived early in the day, and was able to use the jacuzzi and pool, then take a shower, while waiting for my room to be available. Anytime I had a question, they were very helpful and kind. The room was lovely, with a view of the ocean and the sunset.

It was every clean Terrible breakfast, truly needs improvement. Not enough variety for the money we paid. Fruits wasn't peeled nor cut. Not enough servers. I sat at table's with people's leftover cups and glasses still sitting from the last people. Shameful service. Garbage truck's in front of the hotel every night picking up garbage between eight and midnight, unnecessary loud noise. When we turn on the air-conditioning terrible musty smell. Just awful.

Nice and clean

Decent hotel in a good location. Staff were helpful, the indoor pool/spa was pretty nice and the included breakfast was ok. The room was a good size, clean and refreshed daily. Just a bit annoying to have to leave cash deposits for everything - pool towels, car park fob - and having to put a £100 credit card hold against anything spent at the bar rather than just leaving card details - makes you feel like they don't trust their guests!

Great location, however the we had to pay to get the safe working in the room. Also there was a bad sewage smell from the washroom.

Stayed 2 nights on pleasure trip. Take it from a seasoned traveler, this place is superb. Though not their standard practice, they provided room service coffee in room.
