The property is really nice but the lobby smelled smokey and my room did not smell fresh either. Location is great. Front desk staff for the most part were friendly and helpful.

The central location was a big plus but the hotel lacked any character or style. The room was spacious and clean but lacked amenities such as a safe and we were awoken by street noise from hotel guests smoking outside. Paper cups and basic toiletries provided were not 4 star standard, although the price was reasonable. We were happy over all because of the central location and cleanliness.

Everything was pretty good the only exception being the air conditioning in my room which wasn't as cool as I would have liked as the weather was quite warm. I think it probably needs updating.

The staff is amazing. I am sorry that i forgot to ask the name of this amazing lady helping me making reservation for my stay in Grado. She was there on Monday night Sept 2nd. Without her help, i may not get a place to stay in Grado. Thanks a lot for her help. She goes beyond her duty.

Near old district and food restaurants, easy access to open parking lot

The only real problem was the misery on reception. When we checked in they only had 1 room not the two booked but that did get sorted. The person on reception did not give any information at all - not even where the lifts were hidden! and we had to ask for everything we needed. Definitely not 4 star treatment The area was good and very handy for most sights and also for restaurants, cafes and bars and I would be happy to stay there again.

Dated. Bed really uncomfortable. Impossible to close the door gently. Had to be slammed, not only in my room but every room on the floor. However, it would be unfair not to mention very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location, close to Old Town. Overall, if you are not a light sleeper and don't mind narrow and hard beds you should give it a try.

Loved it - cider and food fab. We only stay for 2 nights and travelled around but spending our last night. We loved it so much.

I didn't have a high expectation for this place because of the mediocre reviews but it turned out to be a really nice hotel! The location was great as it was close to the cathedral and right next to the street with all the cider houses. I had a really nice view of the cathedral from my room and although it was facing the street the room was pretty quiet at night. Also, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. I didn't have any issues throughout the stay.

This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful city in northern Spain. It is right amidst the siderias which are traditional in Oviedo so you are able to taste tapas and cider. The internet worked fine in my room and there is also breakfast available daily. It is not a far distance from the train station but I recommend a taxi.

They were doing some work to the exterior, so it didn't lok great at first sight, but inside was fine. The staff were first-class and more than helpful, making the stay so much more enjoyable. The major weakness is that there was no bar or tea/coffee facilities, which they seriously need to rectify if we are to go back there.
