Very affordable, clean and comfortable property. The staff are friendly as well. We stay here regularly because it is so close to the boat docks where we go fishing.

Nicely remodeled, small things like not enough towels and empty conditioner but overall good for a short stay. Jacuzzi was a nice bonus.

About five minutes away from Oxnard State Beach.

No lobby- our door didn't go flush to the ground. There was a small gap so we could see/hear everything outside.

The floor was so filthy that walking from the shower to the bed my feet turned black. When I advised staff they were dismissive and said they will advise cleaning staff once we leave.

Property was looking nice. The room looked newly renovated but the floors were extremely dirty. Walking with no shoes the bottoms of our feet and socks were black.

Property has been under renovation for some years now.

Everything was great.

We booked for 2 nights, ended up leaving early and not staying the second night. We couldn’t take another night. Between neighbors arguing and fighting loudly, the drip of water within the walls, the smart light turning on and off with no way of unplugging it all night, the filthy floors (our feet were black within ten minutes of walking in our room without shoes on, and how loud everything was we couldn’t finish our stay.
