A down side was the pool was a little chilly and then was closed for a portion of our stay. The hotel also allows smoking on balconies. So, this can make the room quite unpleasant for non-smokers. The kitchen and full laundry was much appreciated! The location is also amazing if you plan on using the trains or trams.

Large spacious one bedroom apartment, well equipped kitchen. No sofabed so only sleeps two. We found Silverfish insects in the bed. The safe did not work and they never fixed it after we asked. More a 3 star than a 4 star property. Ten minute walk to Berlin HBF.

Good location, comfortable, quiet, spacious, clean. Well decorated, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Kitchen could have been better equipped, but only a minor criticism. Generally a very good hotel.

Great staff. Rooms are spot on online descriptions. The front desk and room stewards are customer friendly. I will stay here again.

Bathroom was up to date as well as kitchen. washer dryer was odd had to manually change bw wash rinse and spin. Carpets sofa and cushions need update — made room look feel very dingy. BUT … staff was wonderful very helpful and efficient !

A wonderful, centrally-located place to stay. Staff were super friendly. Room was well-appointed with practically everything you could need. Our room cleaner was very sweet and made sure we were happy with the state of our room at all times. Would highly recommend.

I'm astounded. I've stayed in hotels around Europe for years, and NEVER had a hotel offer satellite/cable TV ONLY in their native language. Confusing to the hotel staff too, as they told me that I should at least get CNN & Sky News, but when they triesd to access it themsleves they then changed their story and said they were unavailable. They should perhaps advertise the hotel to German speaking visitors only. I specifically booked a suite, with 2 TV's so that my partner could watch TV whilst I was working. A complete waste of money. I would have booked elsewhere if I'd known. Perhaps the hotel needs to decide if it is in the luxury end of the market, although to be honest I have stayed in budget hotels around Europe and even they provide better facilities. Very disappointed.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. WiFi was fast and consistent. Breakfast had a good variety of breads, meats, cheeses, and toppings. The front staff were really helpful in answering questions. The location is within walking distance of many attractions.

The location was ideal and the apartment was spacious, clean and suited our needs on a family city break trip with 2 teenagers. Staff were courteous and friendly.
