The beds were not the best

I stay at Acclaim every time I pass through Calgary. Always excellent. Particularly like the roof top area and the excellent food at on site Italian restaurant.

Hotel is nice, unfortunately we were there when the hotel was under renovation

Hotel was doing renovations, was only there for one night for a early flight the next day.

Room was very clean, Kudos to the housekeeper.

Clean and convenient

The Acclaim is where we always stay when in Calgary. It’s excellent when travelling. They have a shuttle to and from the airport which is always convenient. If in Calgary just to shop, there is a huge Mall close by. The staff is friendly and very helpful at all times. The rooms are modern and clean. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good and it’s always nice not to have to travel out of the hotel for dinner after a day of shopping or returning from a trip. Over all we have always been very happy with our choice of staying at the Acclaim.

Second visit to this hotel. Room renovations completed and very well done. Room/bathroom were bright and well appointed. Excellent breakfast choices served next door. Will look forward to my next visit.

Clean room, friendly staff. There was some quite major works being done to the hotel but didn't impact our stay. Breakfast was nice but choice was a little limited. Didn't get to enjoy the hot tub due to late flight arrival

Clean room

Excellent room. It had a 60-inch TV and great shower and bar unit. Loved the extras provided like bottled water daily and Keurig coffee and tea. Really wonderful Italian restaurant too. Excellent food!

I just believe hotels should be honest and disclose online when their hotel is under renovation, esp major.

If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly place close to the airport, this property is a reasonable option. However, be aware that there is ongoing construction, which can be quite noisy. Additionally, the walls are very thin, so you may hear your neighbors walking, watching TV, and opening or closing their doors.
