I stayed at the Acclaim Hotel by CLIQUE for a night, as I was attending the Calgary Expo for a day. I wish I stayed at this hotel for more than a night, as it was one of the BEST hotels in Calgary I've stayed at. Right from the moment I checked in, the staff were friendly and helpful, and made me feel so welcome. I was even given a breakfast voucher as well, which I was not expecting. As for the room itself, it was beautiful! It was very clean and very comfortable as I needed to have a long nap after a long day of driving on the highway from Edmonton to Calgary and spending my day at the Expo. I never got a chance to try the other amenities, but they looked great. The restaurant was amazing, as I ate there for breakfast, but I wish I ate there for dinner. Service was amazing and the food was awesome too! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Calgary and I would definitely stay here again, and I hope to on my next visit! Thank you so much for the hospitality! :0)

Simply the best. Every time we stay is wonderful, and no problems at all.

Great hotel to stay at when travelling from Calgary.

I really loved the inside of this hotel. However, parking was near impossible. My only other complaint would be the tub had absolutely no grip on the floor and was incredibly slippery when showering.

My only problem was that my card wouldn't access the gym area, even after I got a new card from the front desk. The staff were polite and helpful, but the cards never worked and I didn't end up going to the gym.

The hotel was very quiet and the restaurant was very good. The free breakfast we received for being VIP members was amazing.

This is a good hotel and excellent value for the price paid. Just a few minor issues that if resolved would then receive a 5 from us. It would not take much either. The hotel is very nice, quiet, in a good location and modern. The staff are very nice and helpful as well. What does require attention to make this review go from good to excellent would be" An alarm clock or just a clock in the room. Did not have one. A fridge and a microwave although I understand they are renovating and all rooms are to have a fridge and stove. Much better and maybe a little bigger t.v. Very, very limited programming available. Not even CNN. Maybe a hand wand in the shower. Ladies do appreciate a hand wand for feminine reasons. Would be a good thing if, during renovations, these could be provided to make all the difference to your guests. Other than these small issues, it is a good hotel and we did enjoy our visit.
