Dirty rooms especially the chairs and couches in the rooms. Pool was not open & reeked of a foul odor. The hotel needed to be exterminated for bugs. We just could NOT get past how filthy the furnishings were!

Good location, clean and easy to access. Good breakfast too

It was perfect for what I needed. I wish the TV/cable did not go out while there was rain but I understand

The hotel as a property is fine. The rolling cart that the maid used was very loud and squeaky and it would wake you up in the morning as it rolled down the hall.

Every staff member I interacted with was very kind. I liked the inclusion of the refillable shampoo/conditioner in the shower as well.

Enjoyed our staycation at this location and everyone was very friendly. Great restaurants nearby, with nice local shopping.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Lobby sitting area was messy and dirty. Exercise room was filthy dirty. Lots of food crumbs on the floor around the equipment. Dirty gloves lying around. Jetted tub in our room had a large crack in it and it had been covered at one time but had been removed. We requested a jetted tub specifically due to my condition and it was useless to us. We might stay there again but will not waste our money on the jetted tub room. Hopefully they will have a regular tub in this hotel.

Quiet with th friendly and helpful staff

I'm from New York where everybody is damn near rude and mean with lots of attutudes. This, hospitality is everything to me. And i must say that i love the hospitality here and the entire atmosphere is friendly vibe. Everyone speaks and all the staff always willing to help without attitudes. I eould definitely come back and recommended it to others.

Great experience we had a church event every day it was wonderful to come back to a bed made trash taken out every day we where there

The guest service at this hotel is a complete disappointment. The hotel is in disrepair. Water fountain ripped off the wall.
