Stay was ok. Menu was very limited due to COVID. Bar area where I had dinner every night was too cold for me. Even the very friendly staff was wearing jackets.

Big rooms, good facilities (pool, sauna, gym), warm personnel. Materials looking fancy but some of them are cheap.

The staff at the hotel are always happy to help with arranging transfers and any amendments

After sereral stays in Prahova hotel, I have faced many inconveniances: - heater handle broken, so I cannot turn down the heating - windows that cannot open - excessive temperature in the room - bad sound isolation with the room next door

Well located hotel with comfortable rooms

This hotel has a lot of potential to be a first rate hotel and the best one in Ploiesti. Right now, it's not. The staff is first rate. The two restaurants are great. The location is perfect. However, the room was in dire need of maintenance. The bathroom was nice and the bed was excellent, but the rest of the room was gross. And the internet was down for about 80% of my stay.

Food was very good and well worth staying in to enjoy.

The hotel is located in the city center clean and tidy hotel good breakfast with a huge selection. The hotel staff clean rooms very generous

The bar staff was non existing had to wait 20 minutes to get offered a menu. The bad thing about it was that they're just one other person there with an associate.

i had a great experience at the Hotel Prahova, the staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is very good, with lots of choices. A big plus for the free highspeed internet in the entire hotel

Very Pleasant hotel, attentive staff, breakfast very good, massive selection, a nice touch, the chef offered to cook eggs to our taste, omelette scrambled etc. rooms spotless. Countless tv channels, I would suggest you install either BBC, Sky or CNN. Being a westerner the absence of an English speaking news channel frustrating. The free wifi in the hotel and the rooms was an added bonus. If I return to Ploiesti again I would definitely stay here.

The Prahova Plaza Hotel is a good choice for staying in Ploiesti. It combines good rooms with good wifi and a reasonable breakfast. The service is only average, however, as the employees don't seem that interested to be there.

AMAZING PLACE, SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL, ROOMS WERE SPOTLESS AND PERFECT!

I was very disappointed in the size of my room - It was tiny. There was no place to setup a laptop. There was barely enough room to walk between the foot of the bed and the chest that was there. The shower was barely big enough to turn around in - have seen bigger ones on cruise ships. The parking was terrible and there was no way to drive to the door of the hotel to unload your bags. Everything else about the hotel was nice and very acceptable. However, I expected much more from a Doubletree Hotel.

The location was excellent, downtown Ploesti. The staff were friendly, and always eager to help. The food was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Looking forward to return.
