It’s 12 minutes of walking from King George area, but the path is hilly, so it’s tiring. I didn’t try the food. The room is comfortable enough. Nice bedding and pillow. There is a nice coffee shop next to it and a mini market near it. The central station is around 10 minutes of walking. They only clean the room every 3 days, which is weird for me. The staff are nice. Easily found by Didi.

Pleasant enough staying 1 night at the Matra Terrace Hotel which is quite close to the CBD. The rooms are roomy enough for 2 people to occupy. Price is also culup harmonious with the services provided. Overall is average in rating. Recommended for short stay and need private car for mobile around.
