Functional rather than comfortable.

this is my 3rd stay at the hotel, staff was friendly, facility was clean, quite location, hotel is in a great location

Pleasant place to stay at the heart of Bois Colombes. Easy to avail public transport. Bus stops are nearby.

Had everything we needed, a decent sized room, clean location.

Great location and having an apartment with a balcony over looking the park was great. TV was not great and very loose on wall. Shower kind of worked but not the best. Very comfortable bed and the apartment was in a good location.

Pretty decent I would stay there again , close to transit neighborhood seems safe restaurant close by and a nice walk path with a park just perfect to unwind from the city or for a early morning stroll or run! Staff was very helpful.

Some initial hiccups as our fridge didn't work and there was no hot water in our room. However the front desk staff was great and helped us switch rooms quickly. The new room was exactly what we needed - clean, comfortable and spacious. We only stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned while we were out for the day. Not sure if that was the norm or if we were just missed. It was not a big problem, but I did notice. Great location just outside of Paris, easy access to train station. Nice staff. Average, but satisfactory place to stay.

Je viens dans cet hôtel à chaque fois que je suis sur Paris. Ce sera la dernière fois. Je suis restée 1 semaine, personne ne m’a proposé de faire la chambre mais il y a pire. Je n’ai pas eu de serviettes de douche. A la réception, on m’a répondu dans un premier temps, qu’il n’y avait pas de grandes serviettes dans cet établissement. Ce à quoi j’ai répondu qu’il y en avait toujours eu. Et à ce moment la, la personne me répond qu’ils ont eu un problème avec le sous traitant et que la seule solution était de me monter plus de petites serviettes. C’est inadmissible vu le prix pratiqué par l’établissement. J’ai été contrainte d’acheter une serviette.

Vomit in elevator, stained dirty sheets and furniture, heat no working, bathroom not clean, floors dirty.

It wasn’t what I was expecting

I didnt like the fact that the room was just not very clean. The hotel smelled in the hallways...and the cleaning crew did not come one day...

Air conditioning, parquet floors, comfortable bed, good shower, refrigerator, stove and microwave. All the essentials. Very happy with my stay. I will stay there again.
