All is good. Room is clean and spacious. Parking from hotel is 14 euro per night. Safe and secure. Breakfast spread is decent and reasonable varieties of eggs, cold cuts, fruits, freshly squeezed OJ, cakes and bread. Value for money.

Terrible, pasamos por 4 habitaciones, en las primeras 3 el aire nuncaservia, en la 3ra se nos fue la luz a las 2 am y no nos resolvieron nada, tuvimos que mudarnos de habitacion a las 4 am ya que el calor era insoportable, ni hablar de la forma del empleado que no resolvia nada. Todo lo hicimos con las linternas de los celulares. Una estadia horrible de verdad, no es apta para un hotel 4 estrella donde no hay ni plancha y los blower son malos.

Our AC didn’t work and we let them know at the front desk. They said that they would check. Called later and they said they would reset it. Still nothing. They said they would work on it and call back. They never called back. The next morning we let them know and they pretended to check the computer and said that it seems to be working. I said it’s not blowing air. They said they would look into. That night i had to open the window to get air but the noises keep you awake. Let them know again in the morning. Horrible experience. They didn’t care at all. The breakfast was so-so but not worth the price. I would not recommend to anyone.

Nice place

Rooms were modern and clean, my only issue was that the AC does not work properly and you have to ring reception to turn off or to control the temperature.

Nice business hotel with dedicated parking (for a fee) in the car park under the hotel. Breakfast was good, nothing mind-blowing but nice selection of stuff. Overall a nice place.

The good looking modern hotel with the most uncomfortable mattresses we have ever slept on. Asking for ice is equivalent to going to a store nearby and buy it for €4.50. Struggled with AC as the controller had few illogical buttons. Expedia lied about a gym - not actually included. It is €6 per session, not per 24 hours as advised by a receptionist. Would not stay here again. NO.

Awful hotel. Terrible. Don’t stay here there are other hotels with proper customer service and air conditioning that works!!!!

I stay in a lot of hotels and this one was very clean, had fresh decor and gave an excellent feeling of relaxation. I was here on business and during the covid pandemic so unfortunately didn’t get to use many of the facilities but from what I could see these were in excellent condition and I would defo go back in the future.

Excellent as always, staff are friendly, very convenient for business. Good value and on the direct tram link to Murcia Ctr a couple of kilometres away. Parking can be busy, but has underground hotel car park at a cost, usually plenty of places there due to cost.

The room was fine. All the comforts expected. We enjoyed that it was very quiet. The downfall is this is a bit removed from the action in town. The tram does stop a block south of the hotel entrance. Anyways, an ok choice. We did not use the pool, there was a sign in the elevator that said 6 Euros to enjoy the spa area. It might be an extra, so if your considering this facility be prepared that it might be an extra charge.
