What a stay!! We travel Europe and USA extensively. I have to say this was the most comfortable stay we have ever experienced. The Lobby was comfortable and the staff welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable. The view from the room was second to none. The restaurant staff was first class. I could go on and on but you get the idea. We really hated to leave. The hotel management and staff should be very proud of themselves.

Unfortunately not very well maintained property. It has great views of the beach but amenities were falling apart. It is also a bit isolated from the rest of the town, so driving is your best option if you are staying here. In the positive side, there is parking onsite and free breakfast that was half decent.

Would definitely stay again. Wonderful view, great breakfast, in a fabulous rooftop restaurant. Had a problem with the air circulation in the room and though it was a bit of a struggle to sort it out, in the end i felt it was handled fairly. I think the conversation was a bit 'lost in translation' so the interaction felt accusatory and took a long time.

This hotel was conveniently placed above the crowded Center in nazide. The hotel itself was very clean, however not as portrayed on their website or Hotel listing as much of the hotel is very run down and requires significant maintenance painting and upkeep to the exterior of the property. For example the mini golf portrayed in the pictures was Full Of Weeds and run down. The pool area indoor was also in need of maintenance, and the outdoor pool and indoor pool chairs were all very old and worn out. Aside from that the hotel rooms were very clean and well maintained. They offered an excellent breakfast in the morning. We would stay again.

I think it is a great hotel but because of the tormenta they have on February/March, their priority where different But they also have Musica en Vivo show at the restaurant I will take another opportunity to Nazare

We stayed the day after a major storm. Despite this, the staff were there and helpful, despite whatever they may have been facing personally. This deserves recognition and thanks.

The food was good and was very convenient for us to eat at hotel as the driving to go out and eat was not very convenient. So glad we had free breakfast!

Staff were excellent, very accommodating. Food at dinner and breakfast was above average, especially for off season! Room was clean but bathroom needs attention .. as per photo! Otherwise an excellent stay!

Yes on the breakfast - good selection and fresh. The lunch menu at the bar could use some additional choices.

Toilet seat needs replacement, tub floor slippery when wet, needs hand rails for safety in shower.

Highly Recommend! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this location and the property was great. It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect— peaceful and quiet with a free shuttle to town. Great views of town, the ocean and spectacular sunsets.
