Really Nice and helpful staff and clean rooms. Beds were OK, not that comfortable. AC wasn't working and there was a club with a very loud crowd outside at the start around midnight then They left the club at 4.30 am and were so loud. I couldn't sleep after that .

Everything could has been good during this stay, but unfortunately the lack of air con was a real pity. We were 2 colleagues in the hotel : - My colleague had Air Con in his room, temperature was 21 degrees and very comfy for sleeping - I was in another room with only Air Flow, but when it's 35 degrees outside, air flow is useless. Temperature was 30 degrees in my room, impossible to sleep properly and the real feeling that the staff could have done something as A/C was existing in the hotel... I feel really disapponted with this stay and I must admit I will probably never book again this hotel because of this bad experience. A pity for them because I am supposed to come every 4 to 5 months in Birmingham during the next 2 years...

Pros Staff were helpful and very friendly Breakfast was varied and of good quality Room was a good size Cons (but not surprising for a city) There was a club very close to the property which was open until 4am and could be heard!

Great Breakfast and staff were helpful.

I complained about our room there was a leak through the shower head water splattering everywhere, we were told there’s no other room to be put in, we had to use towels 3 of them due to water going everywhere. The amount of noise travelling through corridors and other guests room was annoying. 34 degrees plus with no ac working properly. House keeping staffs tried to come in our room few times overall experience is below 1. We will not be coming back again.

A five minutes walk from the station and both Birmingham theatres, a good overnight stay.

Expected medium to high level room for business stay. Was given a handicap room with more of an uncomfortable care home vibe. Door to adhering room felt unsafe. Visible stains on the bed sheet. 20% left on a grey toilet roll, end stuck together with the roll with seemingly dirty finger print. No spare. Dirty looking shower curtains. Minimal breakfast with hairs on some of the food. Coffee station around the corner in a very crowded space. Receptionist was good. Would not return.

Stayed here with a friend in a twin room. Was lovely and clean and tidy. The bathroom still smelt of bleach was so clean. TV and hairdryer in the room. Beds were comfy. We had a drink in the bar and it was reasonably priced. All the staff we spoke to were super friendly. We walked from the bull ring and it took about 10 minutes. The hotel is near the Mailbox so we went there for food.

Beautifully decorated and maintained to a high standard, very clean. Rooms and beds were lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a drink from the bar before leaving too which was great although a little pricey! All in all a fantastic stay and would happily recommend to anyone!

The charger in the bathroom didnt work. If you're from Europe or another place in the world than UK then remember af travel-adapter, unless you just wanna use the usb on your charger. There were only one for usb.

Great location. Good price. Spacious room. Sadly, the air-conditioning was useless and the room temp never fell below 26 despite being on for hours (because it reprogrammed). Opening the windows meant you could hear a very busy road and roadworks that started at 6am. Staff were excellent in the main. Facilities are good and attractive.
