Clean room, very friendly staff, food was good.

Breakfast was good and they cleaned up your room every day, great service overall. I would stay again.

Left my airpods their and called and they said they weren’t and on my find AirPods the location appears that one of the staffs have it

Location was great. In the heart of the Feria San Marcos. The band playing outside the hotel until 6;00 every morning was a little hard to get used to.

The property has prime location for attending FNSM; however the rooms were dirty. The walls in the bathroom were especially dirty, and the baseboards had buildup of dirt and hair. There wasn’t an iron in the room had to use a comunal laundry room.

Hotel did not look like the pictures online. Rooms are super small and not cleaned well. There was hair all over the floor and baseboards. Beds dont have fitted sheets and stains were not only visible but off putting. Hotel looks run down and not well maintained. Not the quality hotel i would associate with the Fiesta chain. Location is excellent but property was not.

rooms are super cramped, found a ton of little bugs roaming around room got bit by a few the a/c unit does not heat and rooms are super cold! you can hear everything and everyone around you the bar next door blasting music all night will not let you sleep

I was impressed with the cleanliness. It was very close to downtown to walk.

The reception guy was amazing with us we have to be at 3:30 am we don't have the transportation at that time and he resolved my problem I feel so protected I travel with my 2 kids they make you feel welcome I really recommend this place they have a great view and customer service.
