Nice clean room with comfy beds but hated the pillows, the room & bathroom both where

interaction with the staff minimal with the exception of the 'receptionist' when checking out who called me 'silly' when I asked a question. He started to preach to me about some of hte terms and conditions and when I told him I worked in marketing he said I should know better than to ask such a silly question - and he wasnt joking - and nor am I when I say this level of hostpitality isnt good enough

Very clean, amazing accessible bathroom with handlebars and everything. Great pub and restaurant.

Absolutely amazing stay so much so we stayed another night, the reception staff went above and beyond, the facilities are great, all staff was very helpful and informative, you really don't need leave the hotel it has everything you need, the room was Amazing the bed was super comfortable very clean room

Room was ok, but lighting was poor and why do they put towels on the bed - no one needs a towel in the bedroom and it's irritating getting out of the shower and realising the towel isn't within reach! Gym is well stocked with good kit. Very busy and a bit cramped. Food in the restaurant is good but pricey. House salad with chicken £20 and very small. The football was being shown on the big screen and although the bar area didn't seem to have anyone watching, the volume was well over the top loud. The welcome staff were really very good. Very helpful and friendly. Overall it's an 'OK' hotel but could do with a few tweaks to make it better.

Girl was shouting and screaming outside my room from midnight till 2am it was awful couldn’t sleep and I only stayed as I was working following day at hosp 🙈

The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast and dinners was nice too. Room was clean and bed cosy, slept well whilst there for 3 nights.

Room was fabulously clean and neat. Water good and hot. Staff were all polite and friendly. A few issues with the coffee machine at breakfast and the overall temperature of the rooms being very hot were the only downsides.

Awful

You expect a certain standard from Village Hotels, this one fell very short of that. No plugs by the beds and surly breakfast service were the stand-out points.

Eye easy self checkin and out.

I only stayed last minute for one night but I enjoyed my stay here
