What a great hotel. Extremely large clean rooms, very large bathroom, jacuzzi bathtub, wine, and large leather couch at a great rate!

Property could benefit from modernisation. Mist staff were efficient and helpful, and the hotel was a short walk away from the old town which was the purpose of the visit

We stopped in the hotel over a decade ago and we were keen to stop again, the hotel is in a lovely area just outside the old town but very near the trendy new areas around the train station. We loved the room and the hotel. We opted out of breakfast at booking but did pay on the day on a couple of mornings, very good wide choice of hot and cold food.

We really enjoyed our time in Tallinn and the Von Stackelberg was a very lovely place for us to spend each morning and evening.

Beautiful old hotel, lovely outside courtyard to sit and chat and have a drink in the evenings. Very convenient to Old Town Tallin, easy to navigate. Some minor inconveniences, such as small rooms, awkward showers and lack of cool air from the air conditioning unit. Granted most of Europe doesn’t really use air conditioning much and they like it much warmer than Americans. But our room was truly sweltering some nights and no matter how much we turned down the temperature it never changed. You are much better opening the windows.

Beautiful open yard. Excellent service. But no air conditioning. Extremely hot inside the bedrooms. The area and the breakfast were good. But bad condition inside the rooms

Very quiet. No bar at night and night porters fridge was not refreshed so 2nd night no drinks we wanted. Breakfast very good. Room clean but had some maintenance problems which were dealt with very quickly so no criticism there. Ideal for 'old town'.
