I only stay here when I visit Iquique, waking up to the sound of the waves and the view is incredible.

Check in is at 3 pm on the dot, not at 2:50… give me a break… reception was a little lost, .. we arrived and had no towels, asked about 5 times and nothing… parking is first come first serve, the rest was ok

We stay for 6 days at this hotel and they never put enough toiler paper and the bath towel were in real bad shape. To charge so much money for this place they could at least update their inventory. Not impress. Terrible internet connexion.

The hotel is dated and dirty. It needs to be redecorated and refurbished. The staff on reception were young and inexperienced, and wanted to charge me more than $100 to upgrade room per night! The lady in the underground parking was very smiley and pleasant-maybe she should work in reception!

We were so happy to get such a great hotel at a great price... it turns out the room was so tiny, no view, just a high priced overated hotel... we complained and the girl was so rude, I seriously wanted to slap her because I have never been treated so bad... we left, went to the holiday inn, had a great room and super friendly staff.... I will never book Terrado suites again

A good hotel with a very nice view and a very good service. It was a better than expected stay.

This is my first response ever to staying at a hotel that i have reserved with Expedia. The hotel staff were very nice, this is from the front entrance, the resturant all the way to the cleaning staff. I must admit as we were arriving to the hotel we wondered if the place would be nice. But it was perfect, right next to the beach, great resturants and a friendly atmosphere.

This is an expensive 5 star hotel but we though it superb with the possible exception of the front desk which was inadequately manned at times. The staff were generally helpful and courteous at all times and the standard of accommodation was excellent.

This hotel has good location and views by seashore. The clark Jorge in front desk is very helpful. Thanks. the down side is A/C didn't work properly. The room was a bit humid.

habitacion: toallas muy gastadas, vidrios no son templados, y cuando hay fiesta ( casi todos los fines de semana) se escucha absolutamente TODO , en mi ultima estadia la caja fuerte no funciono . desayuno nota 5 de 7 ( poca variedad en buffet)

Bonito lugar emplazado en un excelente lugar.La Habitación amplia y con linda vista .Lo unico malo son los estacionamientos. Pequeños y para un numero reducido de autos ,no mas de 10 entre la via publica y dentro del hotel.Nosotros rayamos el auto en arriendo al estar tratando de estacionar en un lugar tan pequeño.Mejor decir que no tiene estacionamientos.

Un desastre, me siento estafado. Te ponen una fotos de una habitación amplia con ventana y te dan una cosa pequeña incómoda, con un huevo en la pared de ventana. La cama es como una hamaca, te acuestas y te hundes, pero además son 2 camas unidas por un fiber, pero con ruedas, así que mientras duermes, al moverte la cama pasea la habitación El supuesto escritorio es un mueble de los típicos de entrada en las casa donde pones algún adorno, súper estrecho, colocas la laptop y no puedes apoyar los brazos La silla del supuesto escritorio de pura madera durísima, súper incómoda, como de hotel de carretera barato. La nevera colocada dentro de un mueble que es más pequeño que la nevera, así que la puerta no cierra y al pasar por el lado tienes que tener cuidado de no golpearte Cables tirados por el piso El baño con moho, baldosas rotas, juntas negras de lo viejo y sucias Una estafa, hay unos cuantos hoteles en Iquique mucho mejores y muchísimo más económicos El desayuno, súper pobre, con calidad de comida deficiente. Lo único bueno, el personal, todos muy amables.

Terrible Viejo, anticuado, La cama era terrible, tan blanda que parecía estar en una hamaca, además con ruedas y apenas uno se movía la cama paseaba por la habitación El baño lleno de moho, por lo viejo que está y las juntas de las baldosas ya negras Si la idea es tener donde comer y beber cerca es buena opción Pero hay muchísimo mejores opciones en iquique
