There were renovations going on in the building, causing early morning/ all day noise. The rooms have windows but no opening, so the rooms get very hot and the air-con was intermittently working. It was a cool place to stay and their new rooms have been decorated nicely. Little food options in the restaurant.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds, for 2 adults and a young child, our room only had one double bed. Reception quickly changed our room to one with 2 x queen beds, with no problem. Tried to call for room service 3 times before someone answered, previous attempts the phone rang off after about 2-3mins. When we finally got through, food arrived in about 15 mins and was good. Not great sound insulation, clearly heard conversations of people walking past the room We knew we were paying a premium for the location, but given the number of small issues, didn’t feel it was worth the money

The bedroom we stayed in (406) was boiling hot, we were unable to open the windows and the heating wouldn’t go below 21 degrees! This made spending any time in the room uncomfortable and we struggled to get to sleep. This was particularly difficult for our 2 children. On the Thursday morning we were woken abruptly around 6:30 by an exercise class from the gym. The music was so loud that it was vibrating through our room and I assume the person leading the class was using a microphone because we could hear what they were shouting throughout the class. I understand that the gym is attached to the hotel but found it unacceptable to be awoken by the classes, especially at this hour of the day when we were on a short break, hoping to be able to relax. I’d like a refund for our disappointing stay.

Average hotel, considering at the heart of English rugby. Car was parked in the car park at the north of the stadium. Too far to carry bags, but when we went to get the car and drive back to reception, it wasnt possible to get anywhere near as all roads were closed.

Very convenient for a Stadium event, but facilities were limited during a refurbishment and staff were clearly having trouble with a new booking system.

We had a room looking into the stadium. But cleaning was very late, tv didn’t work, no dressers for clothes.

I had to ask multiple times for towels and a luggage trolley. They made me go to my room three time to get in and then we ran out of time to take the kids swimming. It’s a very poorly staffed hotel and they don’t react well to any requests.

Great stay, facilities, room was a great size and the view outside the room was amazing! Depending on your trip it’s a bit quiet and not really a lot happening in or around but I went for different purpose! The best bit is you have access to a massive gym which has pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna and it’s all included and free with the booking! I would overall rate this hotel 4star purely because of the price and what you get with it! Location is quiet so if your willing to compromise that and happe to travel a little than all good. Staff where also good and it had a massive reception and would be phenomenal for game days hence it’s in the rugby ground it’s self. Free parking to so all boxes ticked of for me apart from one but this is not something they are to be rated down for. So it all depends on what your travel purposes are.

First time, clean, staff very helpful and good location to get around to other attractions of London, only about 15mins walk to train station and good bus route as well.

Staff were unhelpful and immediately tried fobbing me off by telling me that a downgraded room was actually an upgrade which was not the case. The state of the room was very tired. Shower was poor. No drinking water in the room. Bed and pillows however were very comfortable.

Ideally located by a short walk to transport, restaurants and local shopping. Comfortable rooms and great for short stays. Never stayed while an event in the stadium was on which may degrade access and customer support along with peacefulness.

Food was passable at best and some of our meals got sent back (one meal got sent back twice). Staff in the restaurant were disinterested, didnt know anything about the food they were serving, and none of the food is fresh, it is all frozen and grilled or heated. The room was big, very big, the beds however were quite small and very uncomfortable, my wife and I both ended up with bad backs after sleeping in one, which is unusual for my wife. The TV in the room didn't work and once they had sorted that the remote didn't work, so required a new one. No streaming services and minimal tv stations from what we could discover on the limited time we had with the TV. Front office desk were helpful when contacted, but the whole place felt like it was understaffed, and nothing was quite right.
